This place is on my way to work so I would stop in a lot. Today was the last day. Coffee is relatively decent but there’s a guy who works there almost daily and who is always in a persistent bad mood. Today he literally didn’t say a word to me as I ordered. Completely silent. Doesn’t even look at. Extremely bad vibes. Life’s too short for these bad vibes and there’s lots of other options in the area with great staff. I’d suggest going elsewhere.
But if you need a decent coffee quickly, the coffee itself can get the job done.

The service was bad. I ordered a cappuccino, but the barista was so enjoying talking to his friend, so he made a latte and called it cappuccino. I triple checked with him. He just lied that he messed it up by calling it a latte. I even paid the tip! I should've asked for a refund.

I visited your coffee shop around 5:39 PM and unfortunately had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Upon entering, I was not greeted properly—the employee behind the counter seemed disinterested and unwelcoming, as if he didn’t want to be there. While I was looking over the menu, I asked about the pastries and was told one was a chocolate croissant and the other an almond croissant. I ordered the almond croissant along with an iced latte.
After placing my order, I sat down and plugged in my phone. I noticed through the mirror that my coffee was ready, but the employee made no attempt to call it out or notify me. He just placed it on the counter silently. The same happened with the croissant—no communication whatsoever.
When I finally sat down to enjoy what I had ordered, I was extremely disappointed to find that the croissant was rock hard—clearly stale or at least not fresh. I gave it another try, thinking it might just be the edge, but the entire thing was too hard to eat. It was not even 6 PM, and yet the croissant seemed like it had been sitting out all day. More importantly, it had not been heated.
I got up and asked if it could be warmed, and the employee told me the oven was already turned off and cleaned for the day. When I asked for a refund, I was simply pointed to a sign on the counter—again, with no courtesy or apology.
This kind of service is unacceptable. I paid for a product that was barely edible and was treated with indifference throughout the entire visit. I’m requesting a full refund and will also be sharing this experience publicly, as I believe others should be aware of the poor standards at this location

L9ve to go there and have my coffee and bagel. Very clean ,The workers are very kind and helpful. Love the atmosphere. Is a worker I don't know her name but she's Colombia her spirit is so contagious very spoken kind and funny.I recommend this place 100 percent. Thank you for your kindness. ☕️🥐🥯🧡
