I came here mainly for the cold brew but was pleasantly surprised by the food menu as well. I had the avocado toast with lox. The portion was enormous for NYC, and reasonably priced. Everything was fresh and delicious. The cold brew was strong. The inside is small but clean, with total of about 15 seats. I went on a Saturday morning around 9AM and was able to sit in the window bar with no wait.

$6 for a small cup of lukewarm, weak coffee that is about as good as what you'd get at Dunkin donuts. Amazing that people buy this stuff.
I was pleasantly surprised by the l'avocado toast. It was on the simpler side -- to be expected for a small shop, mostly for grab-n-go -- with just smashed avocado on toast. No frills. I had had several sub-par experiences with these, so I was preparing for maybe a 3 ⭐ at best.
However, it was quite good: plenty of avocado, with a faint hint of sweetness, on toast with the right amount of crunch :) I had thought, "hmm maybe I should have ordered an extra egg," but ultimately I didn't think it was necessary. Closer to a 4.5 ⭐, but I'll round up to 5 ⭐ for the food.
Parking: It's Midtown Manhattan, so no dedicated parking.
Kid-friendliness: It's a small shop, more for grab-n-go, so not really for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, so it's very accessible.

Why does this place have such high ratings? There's no pour over, the iced coffee comes in a bag for some stupid reason and when asked to add a splash of milk to their flavorless cold brew she dumped a cup in the and made it a cup of milk. Horrible experience

Shout out to Amadi for her amazing barista love and super customer service!! Amadi always makes sure that all the customers are well taken of. She is so hardworking, and deserves to see a Broadway show!! :) My first pistachio latte, best coffee ever!! Paired with delicious pistachio chocolate roll.

Got a rock hard almond croissant. Didn’t expect stale pastries in the morning.
Surprised to see only 1 person handling coffees and cashier so the wait was long despite there being just 3 customers…
Seems to have gone downhill since I last visited

$9 for the worst iced vanilla latte I’ve ever had.
There was no vanilla flavor and it was extremely bitter even for a regular latte. Never again.

Always looking for cool cafe’s this is one of them just opened up on Park Avenue. Really good strong coffee. Always get the Americano with an extra shot and banana walnut muffin. If you’re ever in the area try them out.
