$7 is way too much for a latte, especially when they forget the syrup that you asked (and paid) for! Latte was very bitter. Had to add more milk and sweetener when I got home but tasted really watered down. Probably won’t go back

Tiny shop. Sunday at 3pm, 1 girl sitting behind the counter watching something. Didn’t acknowledge us for a good 2 minutes as she was finishing up her YouTube or whatever video. Got the coffee, toasted hazelnut. Pure syrup. Tasted watered down chemical.

We visited 26th Nov 11.35 at the Lexington store. I have never experienced such poor service ever anywhere. We ordered 2 latte an avo on toast and a fromage bagel. I complained my bagel was very salty and had no filling, the young man who served me smiled and said" I can't do anything about that", I asked why he smiled at my complaint he said I like smiling, I said that is very rude, he then stayed I was projecting, and informed me enjoyed being condescending and passive aggressive. I showed him the Bagel and asked him if he thought it was acceptable he accused me of doing that, I questioned what he meant and he said, I messed it up. Which I assured him I had not. When another complained of how slow the service wad he said to the man he had not slept in 2 days. I'm sure the owners of the company would be appalled.

What coffee shop doesn’t have a bathroom?
And when I asked about it they directed me to the closest public bathroom.. I just went to Starbucks lol

I believe this is the perfect place to meet up with a friend who you haven’t seen in a while and wanted to catch up! Even tho is in the middle of a busy area, it wasn’t packed but pleasantly occupied.I can see myself reading a book here for a couple of hours, I just don’t think I would be getting any work done due to the small size of the tables and bar near windows. The coffee tasted great and the seats were very comfortable and the music not loud and distracting.it’s very well lit with a modern touch and It was impeccably clean. I really enjoyed my time here. There are several coffee shops in this Area but I found easy to find a spot to sit and chill here.

I was spoken down to in a condescending and Demeaning manner simply cause I had a Fifty dollar Bill. Employees Need customer service training. And That’s what Counterfeit Pens and Machines are for, if your worried about fake currency!!! I will never Patronize this Business again.

Steps from Columbus Circle this is a perfect place to refresh after schlepping around the Apple. It has a French flair and comfortable seating and of course great coffee.

Quick and delicious breakfast. Had the toast with almond butter and a London Fog. Both were tasty. Service was fast and friendly. Only thing we wished was that they had public restrooms.
