The service was incredible, the atmosphere and details were beautiful. The food was mostly delicious. The only con was they have very strong perfume scented candles that leave the taste of them so you can’t fully enjoy the food as the scent is so overpowering.

Among the worst service I have ever received in any restaurant in the world from moment i walked in asking stupidly if i wanted to check hat and coat to mercifulll end to dinner. took excessively long to order and be served 4 glasses of wine.waitress jabbered too much and only said no to requests to avoid certain items in order. Food was ok but not worth being exposed to unaccomadating service!

I reserved the private dining room at this restaurant for a birthday celebration, and I was utterly disappointed with both the service and the food! Firstly, the service was abysmal. I had communicated in advance with the restaurant that our decorating team would arrive at 4 PM, and they had agreed via email. However, when the team arrived, the restaurant manager refused them entry until 5 PM, delaying our 6 PM party start to 7 PM. Upon our arrival, we wanted to take some photos in the room, but were rushed by staff insisting that we had to start dining by 7:30 PM at the latest. I negotiated with the manager for a faster serving pace so we could take photos after dining, but even then, the first course didn’t arrive until 8 PM. Subsequent courses took over half an hour each to serve, despite multiple pleas for expedited service, which were blatantly ignored. The dishes themselves were mediocre at best. At $220 per person before tax for a five-course meal, each dish was underwhelming and lacked the portion size expected of a Michelin-starred establishment. Moreover, the private dining room on the second floor was devoid of any staff presence, leaving us unable to find help when needed except when dishes were served or cleared. Despite this lack of service, a 20% gratuity and a 5% administration fee were audaciously added to our bill. The most infuriating part was upon departure, the manager demanded we clean up our decorations or face a cleaning fee, a stark contrast to previous reviews and our contractual agreement. This was justified with a new policy stemming from past damages caused by other parties, despite our meticulous cleanliness. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the service and the unavailability of staff, the manager had the audacity to say, “I don’t believe that,” as if I were fabricating the entire ordeal. This dining experience, especially on such a significant occasion as a birthday, was horrendous. It compels me, someone who never leaves reviews, to warn others. Please reconsider your choice if planning to dine here!

Amazing food, friendly service, and a wonderful atmosphere - really makes you feel a bit like you're out of the city and in a garden. Don't miss out on the cocktails or deserts either!

We went to Le Jardinier to celebrate my husband's Birthday. First of all, I had mentionned it in the comments section when I made our reservation and all the staff greeted him a happy birthday as soon as we arrived, which was not the case in other places I had booked in the past - even in expensive restaurants. The ambience was quiet, with some nice French music in the background, which easily allowed conversation. The food was amazing. The taste was very refined with classic recipes revisited with some modern twist to it and an elegant modern presentation when plated. The cuisine offered a very good balance between tradition and modern cuisine. My husband and I both loved our cocktails, starters and entrees. I had the heirloom carrots potage veloute and the Montauk bass in pine crust and my husband had the scallops in carrot and blood orange reduction and the duck confit. I was a little disappointed with my desert (I had the valhrona dark chocolate cremeux with caramel sabayon), but mostly because it did not correspond to what I expected. However, my husband really loved the one he chose (the warm apple tart)

We had a very pleasant time at Le Jardinier. The reason we went there was the presence of pastry chef Salvatore Martone. The menu offered many tempting dishes, as well as accompanying wines. We were particularly seduced by the plant-based ice creams with their succulent flavors.

Highly recommend this new Michelin restaurant! My friend and I were wowed by the dishes! We gave the entrees Beef Tenderloin and Risotto and didn't realize how well they could blend the sauces and the meat in harmony. The chocolate dessert at the end conquered two people who don't love desserts!

Food was okay but the service was terrible. The waiter was impatient and rude. Honestly I don’t understand how this could be a Michelin star restaurant. Don’t come to this place unless you wanna ruin your day!

I deliberately visited because it has a Michelin 1 star record. I ordered the Restaurant Week menu and had to eat soup, but there were no spoons, so as I waited, the waitress who served me shamelessly gave me a dessert spoon. Also, a waiter said thank you in Chinese without even asking my nationality and told the manager.

The waiter doesn't let us know that they charge hot water $3 per small glass. The food was okay but not outstanding at all. The beef was not impressive at all. It was pretty noisy.
