They made my another 13, took the another 13 perfuming lotion with it, hinoki hand lotion, and the candle discovery set. I can say the lotion is high quality and makes my skin look nice. Another 13 is an amazing fragrance yet tends to lean on the weaker side potentially, or I'm just going blind quicker to it, yet the lotion version of it seems to waft beautifully in my nose. The candles are just okay, not very strong but nicely subtle, my main issue with the candle is the extreme tunneling in such a small-sized candle (2.1oz.) Please fix your wicks.

Quite possibly the smallest Le Labo store in NYC, but in my opinion, hands down the best. Ava, Margie and Carlos make the experience first-rate (Ava remembered my name AND how it was spelled on only my second visit!). They have a true passion for the brand and I’ve noticed how they spend time giving every customer personal attention and an extra dose of kindness, regardless of whether they buy or not. This is not easy to do in a store that’s physically not very big and gets lots of foot traffic — but they manage to do it.As a longtime devotee of the brand, I can confidently say that this location is a model for what customer service at Le Labo stores should be. I’m always looking forward to my next visit!

WARNING!!! This location is a CHEAT. I trusted the employees and got the biggest bottle order. It wasn’t until I returned for my second bottle and purchased a smaller one when I realized they charged me for the bigger amount and gave me a smaller bottle.This is so cheap and horrible of a brand that is meant for integrity, sophistication and reliability. This is absolutely deceptive and disgusting. I hope these individuals who are thieves and the lack of owners accountability bring them misery in life.BE CAREFUL IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHOP HERE BUT THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.

Love this store. If you buy a bottle don't ever throw it away you can recycle it and refill it, instead of buying a new spray. Scent Santal 33 is ???

This review is a 3.5 rounded upThe boutique is in between Fifth and Madison but closer to Madison. It's pretty small. They have a little area, which is where they seemed to have many of the fragrances stored. The 5 was odd because it ended up placing people in each other's way. There's a middle table that just looked like it's just there. On the side were the soaps and a sink that was just for decor. A girl said hello when I came in but then disappeared. There was a guy there who offered his assistance if needed and let me know which were the home fragrances (which I had no idea about). Then there was a couple just standing in front of the table of fragrances, and because of the shop size, at one point, it seemed like a turf war, lol. Not really, but trying to see everything with people just standing guard over the table, it was a hassle to get your olfactory experience.At one point, after I made conversation about some of my favorites from the line with some guy making a purchase, I just was over it, and I thanked the guy working there and left. This location seems like it had more than the department store would, but it just seemed like an off day. Maybe I'll check out a different location and compare.

Horrible customer service. Spoke with a lady there on Dec. 30th to get a recently purchased Santal looked at because the scent was different and dissipates quickly (not as strong or long lasting) from past Santals we have bought. The demeanor of the saleslady that day was arrogant, dimissive and plain unhelpful. She was also very unprofessional. She barely looked at us while we spoke to her and kept her eyes on her laptop instead. Le Labo has a no return/exchange policy unless the product is defective. However, the way they determine if a product is defective is purely subjective. The lady sprayed it on me and said it smells the same as other Santals but did not address the other issue of the scent not being as strong. If you need to buy from this Le Labo branch, I strongly suggest to look for Walid - he is the best. Unfortunately he was not there the day we stopped by.

Awful experience. Bought the wrong soap and tried to exchange it two hours later. Was told they don’t do returns or exchanges and there’s nothing they could do. At this price point, I expect more.
