Very overpriced, $10 for a small ham and cheese croissant is excessive. Both the cheese and ham were mediocre at best, especially considering the cost. The wait time was about 7 minutes, which also felt too long for such a simple item.

Prompt and friendly service. My only complaint is the chinaware. The plate is flat with no rim. I moved the berries on top of the whip cream on top of the waffle to the plate because the berries would probably roll off the waffle onto my lap. Silly design for a plate.

Horrible Horrible experience, the place is a mess! They are understaffed. Horrible and poor service, I had to stand up multiple times to look for a staff member just to pay for my horrendous experience. (The only nice person in the establishment is Carla,she was really embarrassed about everything). Food is horrible and flavorless. The breakfast bowl was a joke,it had raw kale topped by a single overcooked egg. I had a Belgian moka with burned milk topped with chocolate syrup (undrinkable and clearly CERO barista experience)

0 stars if possible. Went to pick up an order to be told they were out of it and refused to cancel the order. The last time I ordered for pickup they sent it out for delivery and spent 15 minutes telling me it was my fault and wouldn’t give me my food. Just lazy, low life employees. Decent food but truly disgraceful people.

Last Sunday I moved new york for my new office, I was looking around to see if there was a restaurant for lunch and then I found Le Pain. I told the retailer girl that I had moved into a new office so I was looking around, she congratulated and welcomed me. I ordered a cold coffee,I took it and she gave me a Quono Scone and said, “This is for you from me and Le Pain, come here if you need something order to eat and also we have online delivery.” I was really surprised by her good behavior. I asked her name and she said Janat.I went today too, but i didn’t find you.By the way Thanks janat.
