Restaurant wasn’t terribly busy when we arrived. We were able to get a table immediately and server took our order pretty quickly. We then sat for an hour and got nothing. No water, not our drink orders. Nothing. No communication from server about delay. He seemed to take off at some point. Cook and other staff person seemed engaged in an argument. When diner who had arrived 40 minutes after us got his food, we got up and left. We were told by cook that he was a neighborhood regular so he had to take care of him. Ridiculously poor service.

Excellent experience. I went with my partner 💑 and everything was super. Incredible service and the cappuccino with the brownie I ordered was incredible. The prices are acceptable.

A year ago my lung collapsed and I was the sickest I have ever been. I do not live in New York but wanted to circle back to express my thanks to the kindest employee who made me a special concoction of tea, honey, lemon and ginger off the menu. They took such good care of me.

Not a 5 star in my book because of service. Food is amazing and delicious.
Maybe the service is this way and I’m from out of town but in my opinion it could have been better.

As a budgeting travelers, i don’t have much budget for bakery. I bought french cream donut, 2 crookies to share for 3 of us. They so kind enough allow us to sit in the waiting area and eat all of bakeries.
The french cream donut is so so goood. I highly recommend!

Probably the worst LPQ in New York. Certainly the worst service. Shame - great location.

Their food is so good, especially for when one of my family members was feeling a bit under the weather and needed a boost. Will come again!
