50 minutes waiting for a sandwich that never arrived !
Had to step out , not an apology or a nice service!
Waiter was licking her fingers while walking around tables , extremely bother and disappointed, totally disrespectful !
Can’t really express, how upsetting this experience was !
Answer from waiter and people from the counter : I know is taking so long !
Not an explanation, or an apology!
This is a person , that likes the brand and the reason we use to stop in was for that reason !
Unacceptable!
I usually shop here, but today I had a terrible experience—the fruit has mold.
Le Pain quotidien is always great. My favorite is the avocado tartine. Love their matcha latte, ginger lemon drink. Great place for breakfast, lunch, coffee, and conversation

I had a very strange experience at this bakery today. The woman at the till was impolite, asking me in a very sharp tone if she could help me as I was standing in line waiting to approach the till. She made no eye contact, said nothing at all when I ordered, and seemed angry at having to interact with me. I then walked to the tables. She rushed up behind me and yelled that those tables were her service tables and that I could only sit at the big table. I was very surprised, I didn't know there was sit down service as there was no host, no one asked me if I wanted dine in or takeout, and also no signs indicating the different seating sections. It was a very bizarre experience to be yelled at when a quick explanation while I was ordering - or even signage - would have avoided the situation. The entire visit was very uncomfortable and I felt unwelcome in this cafe.

This place has a great almond croissants. Please, be aware that the server Yismely C is super rude. Specially that I was with my dad who is elderly and she wouldnt help him to indicate where the bathroom was. Simply, to not speak Spanish to him. Even though, she was understanding what he was asking for. This kind of service is unacceptable. Please dont come if you dont want to be treated poorly by her.

I stepped in to sit and get a coffee on my break before work. They upcharged me by placing my order as an Americano instead of just a drip coffee (what I actually ordered.) Additionally, I find their hot drink cups to be really obnoxious; it looks like you're being served your drink in a bowl. Their guest wifi has a password, and it's not visibly displayed at their tables which I found confusing. I won't be coming here again.

I visited Le Pain Quotidien in New York and had a delightful experience. The breads and pastries were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked, and the menu offered wholesome, satisfying options. The café has a warm, cozy atmosphere, ideal for a relaxed breakfast, lunch, or coffee break. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the visit enjoyable. Every item I tried was comforting and well-prepared. Le Pain Quotidien is definitely a spot I’ll return to for quality baked goods and meals.
