The food was amazing! Very french brasserie ambiance. The tables are on the small side and extremely close to each other! Great wines! And you Must try their crème brûlée!

One of the best meat and fries that you can find in the city, make sure to try the sauce and their house wine

The food was decent but there was quite a long wait to get a table. Tables are crammed together and the place is very crowded overall. The bathroom was dirty (dookie splatter on top of the toilet made the sauce that they smother the steak in very unappealing). Fries are "bottomless" but servers only come over every 15 minutes or so.

Same quality food as always, just love the one menu item, quality is everything.

wouldn't wait 2 hours in line for this place but definitely recommend checking out if the line is short. you get a decent amount of food for a good price, I especially liked the fries

Arguably the best steak and fries I’ve ever had. Great food, quick service, good ambiance. Nothing more to ask for. A bit on the pricy side, but I guess this place warrants it.For dessert, I recommend the Vacherin.

A unique European-style restaurant that doesn't have a steak menu and only asks you how to grill it. Served with basil-based steak sauce and fries. We don't take reservations, so you can grab a flat when you feel like it.

Not unlimited steak! Everything is covered in mustard sauce- long wait time and was very underwhelmed. You only get 2 small servings of steak, too many fries.

My boyfriend and I sprinted here hoping to be able to get a table for a late lunch. It was a Sunday at 2pm, the restaurant was still full despite them closing at 2:45pm, we were sat right away. The eatery is upscale yet many people were dressed casual. I believe the person who sat us was the manager, she was very kind. Our waitress and the other staff were also incredible friendly. We were looking forward to trying this place on our brief trip to NYC and it did NOT disappoint. We started off with a glass of the house Bordeaux and were recommended to get Malbec by our waitress. Both were very crispy and complimented our meal well. They only serve one plate here so they simply ask you how you would like your steak cooked, we chose Medium. While we eagerly awaited our Steak Frittes, we were served their house salad, it is topped with crunchy walnuts and the most delicious, tangy vinaigrette. My boyfriend can be picky sometimes and he said it was "his type of salad". We left our plate clean excited for our meal. Our plates arrived shortly after. The steak was perfectly cooked and coated in their signature green sauce. The sauce was creamy and in my opinion had a slight lemony/citrus taste. It as amazing. We devoured our plates and received a 2nd portion of steak and fries. The food and wine was amazing and exceeded our expectations. We thought it couldn't get any better until we got dessert, the cheesecake was topped with walnuts that were airy and had a slight crunch, it was so creamy and rich. The chocolate dessert had vanilla ice cream inside and paired very well with our red wine.

What a great experience! Came by myself for dinner service, food was served quickly and hot. My server Adrianna was very attentive despite me being a one-person table and gave great recommendations for dessert.

i loved their steak frites and their salad. i would not stand in line though for it. the meat was very tender and juicy. Got a medium rare and it was perfectly made. the sitting condition was not good as youre seated so close to each other.

Food was okay but service was terrible. We arrived at 5:35 on a Wednesday and were seated right away. The restaurant really didn't fill up until 6:30. They put everyone very close together; they could just as well use communal tables. Started with a salad. There was a bit of a wait for the steak and fries since they likely started cooking everything up then everything was rushed. I was still eating my steak and fries when they dropped the dessert menu. While still eating we were asked if we knew what we wanted for dessert. At the same time they cleared the salt and pepper from the table. Guess no more salt or pepper for my fries! We eventually chose a dessert. The manager didn't wait until we were finished with it before dropping the check on the table. Being rushed through the meal ruined this dining experience.

A nice French option for the classic entrecot, similar to the one in Paris. A nice green salad, 3onz of beef in a superb sauce and all the French Fries you can eat for $35/person. The service is attentive and the atmosphere is extremely European. I feel they could be a little more generous on the beef!

I don’t know about you, but I had the steak frit. Yes, it’s the only thing in the menu. And pretty decent. I wouldn’t say it’s “swimming” in butter, but pretty close. This is a lovely place for a slow casual lunch.Vegetarian options: None
