On the last day of 2025 had epic time here and scrumptious hot pot. Super solid service from Kevin who explained everything perfectly. Was so happy with our order and grateful to be there. Highly recommended. The bok choy was super tasty and the vibe was leeegit! Can’t wait to get back. Thanks Kev!

The lobster with tofu and fish slices looks very enticing, but was oddly plain. The string beans with eggplant were a tad bit sweet, but nice to go through. The crushed pig feet were filled just the right amount of spice and crushed in front of us.
The noodles were my favorite and paired well with all other dishes

I travel frequently between Miami and New York, and every single time I’m in New York even if it’s just for one night like today—I make sure to stop by Le Sia NYC.
Tonight’s experience was exceptional. Kevin provided absolutely amazing service, along with a genuinely wonderful conversation that made the evening even more special. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out.
I also want to recognize Peace. Even though he was not my waiter, he went out of his way to be helpful and made sure Qaisi had everything needed to give me the best possible experience. That level of teamwork and care does not go unnoticed.
Outstanding service, great atmosphere, and staff who truly care about their guests. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

The wok-fried string beans and bbq skewers were my fav!! There were plenty of seatings and the staff members were helpful. Nice Chinese restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen.

Le Sia has the best copper hot pot I’ve ever had in New York! The sesame sauce tastes incredibly authentic — just like in Beijing. The quality of the meat is excellent, fresh and tender. It truly feels like an authentic northern Chinese hot pot experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving real Beijing-style hot pot!

Chef changed, not an authentic Chinese flavor anymore. Still good to try as Americans, but can’t fool a Chinese no more.

Try the skewers and clay pot dishes. Beef skewers is my favorite. Lots of flavors. Great service and good authentic food.

The food was very oily and the seasonings overpowered the actual flavour of the core ingredients in the foods but tasted good nonetheless. However, I did bite into some sand as I was eating the spicy clams which was unpleasant. You order from an iPad which was convenient. Overall, the atmosphere and the food were pretty good.

Always enjoy to go there! Even during the hot summer! Well spiced! If you love garlic and ginger you will enjoy this place.
The drink price is very reasonable.
For weekend, try to get there before 6:30 can save you lots of wait time!
