If you want authentic Puerto Rican food, this is where to go. The owner served us and you could tell it was cooked with love. I will be back next time I need a quick bite to each.

Great place with lots of food variety. True PuertoRican food. Good price and friendly staff.Parking: If you are lucky, you can find parking on the street. There’s lots of traffic in the zone and people drive carelessly. Have to be careful crossing the streets.Wheelchair accessibility: Not easy for wheelchair.

Very nice place and great food. Alcapurria with the hot onions was my favorite. Rice beans and chicken with garlic sauce were very delicious and filling. The shop owner was friendly. A hidden gem. They serve oxtails on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Today 11/27/2023 Very cold day I have been going here since 2012 and I decide to go today on a cold freezing day to have a nice cup of Bustelo and for what I came from Astoria across the Triboro to Harlem which was my route since 2013 and the son which is rude had us waiting a whole hour in the cold and we finally got in and said I’ll have a hot cup of coffee and he had the nerve to say I’m alone no coffee no tea I’m here alone …Eeel ! Excuse me I continents ask for This and that and he had nothing he said he just came to cook and that was it I asked for hot sauce he gave me 3 empty bottles and said work with this that’s all I have ..My partner had one pastel omg $6 dollars for one single …The service and prices have gone to A hole I have no clue ..Listen son ..It’s a shame on how you do things when it comes to Business..Good luck !
