I came out for a bite to eat & a calm setting even smoke alittle hookah. The hookah was good lasted long & the drinks were nice & strong. My concern was it was extremely cold in the establishment for it to be so small they need more heat for the winter, kept my jacket on the whole time because I was freezing. Now to the food I was left wanting more it was extremely underwhelming. I order an appetitizer chicarron de pollo it was so thin and fried crisy it felt like I was eating just fried flour no seasoning at all. Decided to do an entree the menu is misleading you can't get mofongo with salmon but it says you can get any of those sides of your choice. That also wasn't season at all but it was a decent size piece. It was so cold though my food got cold in seconds. I could say I experienced the locations but will not be back. 2 sangrias, an appetitizer and entree was $80 with all the additional tax but the original price would of been $60 but to each its own. Thanks for the experience but I'll pass

Attended the NYYU event on 10/7. Great food, happy hour specials for the event, wait staff/bartenders are top tier. If you're in Wash. Heights and want a great meal. Do yourself the favor. I highly recommend the quesadillas & chicken tenders.
You have to fire the bartender Edward, not only was he so drunk tonight, but his war was crazy. This man's drinks and service were beyond ridiculous. For this alone I wouldn't come here. The rest of the staff was amazing.

The people are very friendly! We loved them! But the food unfortunately lacked severely. The chicken was very tough, and you could tell it was recooked or reheated. The drinks were AMAZING!!! Loved everything except the food. Unfortunately, since we did come to eat, we were expecting it to taste as good as it looked on social media. Very disappointed.

If the Legacy is mediocre and disappointing then they are on the track. Applebees makes better tasting better quality food. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff are friendly and accommodating however the food was terrible. I don’t know what was worse the flavor or the fact that it’s over priced and mislabeled. I ordered 2 guacamole it costs $15 each for 20 home fried tortilla chips with not even 1/4 cup of guacamole. The guacamole served has zero salt, no lime, and well almost no guac! I ordered beef pinchos/skewers supposed to come in a set of 3 and only was served 2, they still tried to charge me for the 3 at $16. I could’ve gotten more meat with better flavor from the pincho lady on Isham and Sherman. I ordered camarones al ajillo/garlic shrimp and it was bland watered down garlic sauce. My friend ordered salmon with mashed potatoes and the mashed potatoes tasted like they boiled the potatoes with skins on in dirty water. The salmon was gross. She couldn’t eat her food. The staff did try to be accommodating and friendly but they were not the ones cooking. Food is over priced, low quality, terrible flavor, small portions . I will never return again. Money badly spent. Never again. Would not recommend.
