A late review of NYE (New Year Eve) 2024 :)
Everything was better than expected and we had a really good time. For $100 per person (x2) we got an open bar close to Time Square with appetizers that were also better than expected.

The place is small, we arrived at around 8:30, went through the appropriate security checkpoint easily (just showed them our ticket). We even found a table that didn't seem to be reserved so we stayed there and drank some drinks before more people came and the party really started. A bit crowded but honestly still a good experience.

Then at 11:30 we tried unsuccesfully to make it to the corner with Broadway on our side. We managed to get on the other side but didn't quite get to the corner since there were a lot of people. At around 12:03 after New Year the barriers were lifted and we could quite easily walk and see the ball after it dropped. The athmosphere was nice. Then at 12:30 we went inside and drinks were still served until around 1:15.

Overall I recommend this place for NYE, everything was better than expected and quite cheap compared to other alternatives. We didn't get to see the Ball Drop live but we knew we had slim changes. Instead we had a really good time here.

We dined at LeGrande At Time Hotel. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. The cheese was lackluster, and the meat board seemed less than fresh. I opted for the sliders, but they failed to impress, and while the French fries were tasty, they were overly greasy. On a positive note, the ambiance was excellent. Desert was great. The waitress truly stood out as the highlight of our experience—accommodating, friendly, respectful, and kind. Despite the culinary hiccups, his exceptional service made our visit thoroughly enjoyable.

Very cute intimate lounge to meet for a quick drink. NOT a restaurant! Its a very beautiful lounge.

Quiet, relaxed location where you can hear your group talk. Average cocktails and decent food. Very kind bartender, even though the poor guy was running circles alone on a Friday night. Service was as best as he could manage with no support staff. Recommended on a week night when totally empty, it's hard to hire enough staff for a very short pre theatre rush only 2 nights a week and i suspect fri/sat around 5-7pm will always be under staffed.

A quiet, off-the-beaten track hotel bar where you can actually hear your group talk. Nice ambiance. Cocktails and food are decent and predictable. The pulsd deal makes it a good value, but I wouldn't pay full price for something this underwhelming. The whole experience is on the positive side of mediocre, like a 6/10. There was one bartender working alone on a Friday night with no busser or manager to help him, and while he was very nice, it was physically impossible for him to keep up with the pre-theatre rush alone. He might have even been warming and plating the food himself - I walked by the open kitchen door on the way to the bathroom and it was totally empty and lights half off, no cooks, no dishwasher, dirty dishes he bussed himself piling up. I think he was working *absolutely solo*; this happens sometimes in NYC. At most he had one combo cook/dish/porter somewhere, which still isn't enough to feed 20 or 30 people dinner and complex cocktails at the same time. Unfortunately, this is probably typical, because it's only busy for an hour pre-theatre, which isn't enough profit to hire more people. I have worked 20+ years in the industry and recognize this place as being damned by its location. It's just not busy enough to merit being fully staffed with a real chef in the kitchen. The best bet is to go on very slow nights so the solo bartender has the time to take care of you from A - Z by themselves. It's enjoyable if you need an elegant place to chat over cocktails in midtown that isn't slammed. If you're hungry, the food is surprisingly decent. That's it. It's not a restaurant and that's not it's fault. It would lose money if it tried to be, because it just doesn't get busy very often.

Love the place spend a great moment there..

Opentable Diner

We used a Pulsd voucher for dinner but it's really just a bar with bar/lounge seating. It's chic and pretty cute inside but the food was just ok and they had no condiments other than ketchup! No dipping sauces for the fries,or even A1 or BBQ sauce for the burgers. Our server was fine and apologetic and it was nice to have the whole place to ourselves and have a conversation without having to scream over music or loud people but.... We expected a bit more from a Pulsd dinner voucher and it was not a great way to start my Birthday celebration!

We had a Pulsd deal before a show for a 3 course meal with a bottle of wine. My guest and I enjoyed the ambiance, the food, and the prosecco. I would definitely return.

There are a lot of people, but for take-out cakes, you can order directly from the counter.
It is a very rich and not overly sweet cheese cake. Recommended

We used a Gilt certificate, food was average, service was friendly. There was a $3 charge for something (?) and they added a gratuity, which is to be expected with a certificate. Definitely a evening lounge - not a place for dinner.

It's a beautiful lounge near Times Square. A little expensive for cocktails and bar snacks, but has a nice relaxing atmosphere. Nice quiet place to meet before a show or going out to dinner.

It was awesome except for the fact that there was a really obnoxious bachelorette party with older blonde twins and a weirdo with blue hair. The group started fighting and a guy that looked like vanilla ice started fighting with the guy with the blue hair. It was kinda weird. Other than that, great cocktails and space.

Cute spot, great service. Food was just ok, my gnocchi were pretty bland.

Not recommending this Lounge. We got 2 Pulsd voucher to try it out and it was not what was advertised! It says you get 3 course dinner but it was all Bar bites. No proper table to eat, mostly lounge chair. The server was really nice but so disappointed by the food. Will not go back.
