My favorite bagel place on the UWS. Always felt very local, the line was never too long, and the egg everything bagels were great everyday. Unfortunately it’s closed as of 6/29. I’ll miss this place quite a bit!

Horrible service today!I ordered two hard boiled eggs and a side order of baconI was charged for two cowboy wrapsWent to the server and explained, the order was incorrectI reiterated “two hard boil eggs and bacon’She says to me! Mind you she has an accent (Spanish speaker person ) I don’t understand you!!Another server comes and I told him what I wanted TWO HARD BOIL EGGS WITH BACONwhen the order is ready, I go to the counter, they credited me $15.00! I said and it cost $15 for two hard boil eggs and bacon?He also made an error! He made two orders of two hard boil eggs and baconAlso my order and my son’s, we asked for toasted sesame bagels and they were not toastedWill not be returningWill go yo RENAISSANCE IN PELHAM!!Would like to be reimbursed for the second order of eggs and bacon

Excellent bagel sandwiches and good service. My only complaint is how the prices have doubled. The pandemic-the gift that keeps giving. But they have a good product so I go.
