The outside of the restaurant is not being kept clean . The manager only hoses down the entrance area and not the whole curbside of the bussiness. He has groups of people and does not hose down and clean the whole curbside. There is a rat problem and they put their garbage out. Now the homeless addicts are setting up in on their premises with stolen merchandise hanging up clothes on the poles and the bussiness does not say a thing this. This is very unprofessional and unsanitary. And does not look good for the community. I’m Disappointed and the Spanish manager is very arrogant and does not listen. You are in black community respect the people who live here who are telling you about the problems. Fix the issues that’s how you work with the community.

Enjoyed the food especially the fresh fried calamari appetizer, BBQ wings and Mac n cheese, salmon was good and steak was delish. The ambiance was a bit loud from dj music. So sit outside so you can hear others talk so you won't have to yell. Will go back again.

I went on a date here. The food was great; however it was very crowded for brunch and the tables were too close to each other. I felt there was no privacy and we could hear everything being said at the next table. Try to find a time to go when it is less busy.

Went for a bday brunch. Waiting 2 hours for the mimosas to come out. Highly would not recommend this place if you are looking for something organized. I overheard the waitress tell someone she had to wait on the pitchers that was being used at another table in order to bring out the drinks.

The two stars are for the D.J and the guy bartenders. If you want to eat I don’t suggest this place. First, the food had no taste there was no seasoning used on anything.A few things were burnt. It took a long time for wings and fries to come out . They brought the wings out first and when I was half way thru they decided to bring out the fries. Services is slow and all over the place but I guess for them it doesn’t matter because they tack on an 18% tip anyway. I will never come back here to eat. If it’s food you looking for I wouldn’t suggest here

This is an awesome spot to enjoy a senegalese fusion inspired meal. i recommend the grilled salmon with spinach or collard green. the drinks is going rate at $14. dinner for two will run you roughly $100, which is just a little above what i'd like to pay but the music and atmosphere is well worth the price. the waitress are attentive and the bathroom are cleaned. Mondays is the night to visit but i was also told sunday's is dope. i've gone there twice and each time i am just flabbergasted that i didn't know bout this spot years ago. save ur money going to red rooster....this is more representative of hip adult harlemites. PS don't sit by the window or u might as well just keep ur jacket on.

They didn't have much liquor & gave me house rum that was nasty. I ordered a hamburger & fries & the server brought me a cheese burger with a bunch of onions on it. I don't eat cheese burgers. He got mad & snatched the plate & threw it on the kitchen counter & refused to bring me what I ordered. He has a nasty attitude & has no business dealing with the public. I asked for a manager & a man came & took my order. once again they brought me a cheese burger. When I got there I went to the bar & asked for Malibu. They didn't have Malibu. The bartender gave me a drink with some nasty house rum that tasted horrible. I left & couldn't even enjoy my daughter's party with her. I will never go there ever again. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I am going to put this place on blast & recommend no one should go there. They also don't take credit cards or debit cards, only cash in the private room. The server also had the nerve to put everyone's order on 1 bill but everyone was supposed to pay for their own orders. They didn't take credit cards so the bill had to be paid in cash. Luckily a cousin paid the whole bill.

The dumbest waste of my time ever. I found what I thought was gonna be a great Senegalese restaurant with a delicious menu to enjoy with my boyfriend.. We come in, they pat us down and then ask for a 20 dollar entrance fee. We had no idea what they were talking about so we just repeatedly asked if they had dine-in options.. They later clarified that the entrance fee would have been for the private event they were hosting in some other room.. Once they realized we were just here to eat (and not get scammed into crashing someone's PRIVATE EVENT for $20 fuckin dollars) they said we could just sit down anywhere. We sit down and aren't offered any menus or assistance. I go up to the bar counter: "excuse me?" There are two people arguing about something on the POS with their backs facing me. One was very clearly the manager (blonde hair). They clearly both heard me and tried to turn back around quickly to ignore me.. I said "excuse me" again and that time the manager turned around. I asked him if food was being served //if this place was even a restaurant.. He waved me off and said "other side other side".. I had no idea what he meant so I tried to get his attention again.. Mind you, my boyfriend and I were literally the only customers in the restaurant area so they were cold heartedly ignoring me.. I try to put together what this man meant by "other side other side" .. I thought either he was saying that I was at the wrong place, or he thought I was trying to get into the aforementioned private event scheme... so I called the store number just to see if I was at the correct location, I hear their store phone ring right in front of me and watch them ignore it--with their backs still turned to me.. I then sit down and wait.. eventually a waitress from the private event comes through the door and I ask her "Do you guys have dine-in options tonight or..?" "Yes we do" "Ok can I have a menu? Because he won't answer me" She then hands me 2 menus and we wait.. Nobody comes to take our order so we are literally sitting there looking for other restaurants to eat at on maps. Completely turned off, I go outside and ask someone if any other place around the area was open and he recommended a cantina! I grabbed my boyfriend and we left that sketchy dump. We then headed to the cantina and had an amazing time:) but F*** that other place Lenox Sapphire lmao I don't even know what kind of b******* that was.. I have yet to find a logical explanation as to why such ridiculousness took place. That's ZER0 stars for this one
