I ordered a chicken salad wrap, got lettuce, tomatoes and jalapeños in there. It was good... the only problem was that 2/3 of my wrap was the lettuce and tomatoes. There was little chicken salad. I dont think if this is done on purpose to save money or an honest mistake but it really killed my experience. Probably wont go back because of this. Maybe you'll have better luck than me.

The food is quite good, but please, TURN DOWN THE MUSIC! This is a bagel place, not a night club.

Fast service and always consistently good. Music is a bit loud for when you want to dine-in, but at least they’re always playing hits.
Wonderful place to sit and have a delicious cup of coffee and something to eat.
Lenwich is so consistently great. The veggie wich (add muenster) is so perfect, and the service at every location is always friendly.
This place is great very clean good service food is ausome
The chicken caesar wrap is underwhelming; not much flavor. Portion size of fries is huge but super oily.
More like Skimpwich I got maybe 5 thin slices of meat on a "hero" more like a loser and that's me because I got charged 18$

Great place to grab a sandwich. At this time of year, I love to get their “Thanksgiving” sandwich - with loads of turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and gravy. Every year they keep getting more skimpy on the gravy, so I remind them that I need tons of extra extra gravy. It’s delicious. There’s plenty of seating inside and outside, but it’s also convenient to eat anywhere in Union Square.

Food is always fresh, made to order, and delicious every time. It feels like they run this place like the Navy.
A warning, however- lunch rush is quite severe, and may up your wait time to 30-40 minutes, as stated on their site. I would reccomend ordering ahead of lunch rush, or just knowing you may have to wait, but know that the staff is doing their absolute best to get the order to you on time
Staff at this location are sweet and efficient. Excellent service, and I appreciate the work they do.
