I have been a customer of Lenwich for many years, often frequenting several times a week. Lately, I have noticed a substantial reduction in portion size. I understand that a price increase went into place relatively recently but sadly it seems to have also corresponded with a reduction in portion size. I have noticed this not only in the chicken sandwiches but also in the turkey and tuna sandwiches. While the price increase was not ideal, I understand it was necessary in light of the previously well sized portions; however, I do not think I can frequent Lenwich anymore with the reduced portions as the value proposition is no longer there. Note this isn't just one occurrence or at one location. This seems to be a corporate wide policy change which is very disappointing.

I got what I came for which was a quick salad. I like that they mix it all up in front of you in a bowl and mash the avocado for you so you don’t have to do it yourself.

Been eating at the old and new UES location for tears. The sandwiches are always made perfectly to my order. Favorites include the LENWICH, Bello Melt and the TC. Bello Melt is the best veggie. Get it toasted on a hero. Breakfast served till noon. Classic NYC egg & cheese on a roll like the deli. Coffee beats Dunkin. Salads are fresh. You can watch them make it. Not prepackaged. The muffins are huge.

The vegetarian Lenwich is good but would recommend it be on the a different bread. Tuna has too much mayonnaise for my taste.

We dined there at noon.
We ordered self-assembled salads and a sandwich.
The salads and sandwiches were great, and the service was kind, patient and welcoming.
The prices are high but the value is very good.
Vegetarian options: You can put together salads or vegetarian sandwiches.

I ordered a "steakwich" Philly cheese steak style sandwich on a brioche hero and instead got this small sandwich on a roll with hardly any steak on it, they put mostly peppers and onions on it and to top it off it cost $16.99. A total rip off. Save your money. Complete false advertisement.

Love this place! My order if frequently incorrect though. I feel if the cashiers would just repeat the order back to ensure it’s correct they could fix this issue. Will keep coming back though. ?

Staff were friendly and to the point, but the food was sub par. 17$ for a salad is excessive and not near the value. The tomatoes were not fresh and at the point of turning. Not worth the experience

the first time ever for some reason, corner beef meat inside the lenwich sandwich was horrible!!! or maybe it wasn't even corner beef, just something else very hard to chew "horse meat"?

Everything about their chicken is dry and chewy - from their chicken noodle soup (soup of the day!) to their pesto chicken and chicken Caesar. Very disappointing for the price I paid
