I ordered a egg white sandwich with bacon. Not only did they barely put any bacon on the sandwich but like most places do for some reason the bacon was so undercooked. Soft soggy bacon. Great. Will not be coming back here.

Could this pastrami and corned beef sandwich top Stein's Deli Rachel in New Orleans?
In fairness, a Rachel is different, with sauerkraut, not coleslaw. But let's compare.
Conclusion: almost, but not quite. The pastrami doesn't have as much of that signature Stein's char, the coleslaw is more crude (which I personally don't like) than sauerkraut, and the Rye bread is only unseeded and seems slightly less fresh. But it takes a close second place, and the service is very friendly. I asked where the pastrami is sourced, and it's Boar's Head -so a grade below the excellent boutique quality that Stein's offers.
Yes, there's a bathroom, and it's relatively clean.
But Stein's Deli isn't in NYC, so Lenwich is good enough until I find something better.

Not going to order from here again. I made my order 45 minutes prior to arrival, and I had to wait because they only worked on my order upon my arrival. So what's the point of early reservation???

Good sandwiches with a lot of options. Pricing could be a bit cheaper. Regardless a good spot for quick sandwiches.

Michelle Ahn the catering manager booked us for an event. She was sent a confirmation via email which she opened the same day she booked. She was sent a reminder 48 hours prior to the event. She cancelled only 12 hours prior to the event. Initially she denied receiving the confirmations. Then she admitted she received them but never re-confirmed. Then she finally admitted she had booked someone else for the same time. Not an honourable way to do business. I would not recommend dealing with her for business as she is very dishonest.

I placed an order at 11:00 AM so it would arrive before my 12:00 PM lunch break. I waited in my lobby until 12:30 — no food. Called the restaurant and was told it would be there in 5 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes — still nothing. I’m 6 months pregnant and wasted my entire lunch break hungry.
When I called back asking for a refund, the “manager” Karla told me she had to email a supervisor. How does that make sense if she’s the manager? No urgency, no care, no real help. I paid for food I never got and now have to wait for a refund. Never ordering from here again.

They took out the best seats and put in kiosks. I actually emailed asking if they were going to leave them by the windows and they ignored my email, so, here ya go. 1 star for removing the best seats by the windows so you could eliminate jobs with kiosks.

The food is good but the service is AWFUL. I hate leaving bad reviews but it took 25 minutes for them to give me a caesar wrap and a caesar salad. Which they also forgot about my salad.
Got the chicken ceaser wrap, it was a bit dry for my liking, but still really good! Very filling

Always a good, healthy and clean experience for me going here! Love their sandwiches, as they are hearty and healthy. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The options are endless. The atmosphere is very nice. There is an option for everyone, vegan, kosher or herbivore! lol! Oh! It’s dog friendly too!
