Michelle Ahn the catering manager booked us for an event. She was sent a confirmation via email which she opened the same day she booked. She was sent a reminder 48 hours prior to the event. She cancelled only 12 hours prior to the event. Initially she denied receiving the confirmations. Then she admitted she received them but never re-confirmed. Then she finally admitted she had booked someone else for the same time. Not an honourable way to do business. I would not recommend dealing with her for business as she is very dishonest.

I placed an order at 11:00 AM so it would arrive before my 12:00 PM lunch break. I waited in my lobby until 12:30 — no food. Called the restaurant and was told it would be there in 5 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes — still nothing. I’m 6 months pregnant and wasted my entire lunch break hungry.
When I called back asking for a refund, the “manager” Karla told me she had to email a supervisor. How does that make sense if she’s the manager? No urgency, no care, no real help. I paid for food I never got and now have to wait for a refund. Never ordering from here again.

They took out the best seats and put in kiosks. I actually emailed asking if they were going to leave them by the windows and they ignored my email, so, here ya go. 1 star for removing the best seats by the windows so you could eliminate jobs with kiosks.

The food is good but the service is AWFUL. I hate leaving bad reviews but it took 25 minutes for them to give me a caesar wrap and a caesar salad. Which they also forgot about my salad.

Always a good, healthy and clean experience for me going here! Love their sandwiches, as they are hearty and healthy. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The options are endless. The atmosphere is very nice. There is an option for everyone, vegan, kosher or herbivore! lol! Oh! It’s dog friendly too!

Just walked into Lenwich at 1 minute BEFORE 5pm. Im standing in front of the salad station. The guy behind the salad station looks to the girl on the register...and she says.."Im sorry we're closed." I asked when do you close...she responds 5pm. Now keep in mind...the salad station is still out...people are at tables the door was not shut....and it was BEFORE 5pm. I am....correction WAS a regular. I did not expect special treatment...but I walked into the establishment BEFORE closing. I didn't realize the time until returned home and saw it was only 5:04. Unbelievable. This lazy girl at the register could have put money in her owners pocket in less than 5 minutes....and by their own hours should have made my salad. But lazy is lazy. Why should the employees care...its no skin off their back. also...be prepared to be given different prices EVERY time you order the same exact salad day after day. And if by chance the owner or manager sees this review...check your video ...this will verify everything I am saying. This occurred on 7/6/24. **Employees need to be retrained and or fired.**** Update: Just found out closing time is actually 6pm!
