All the people in here posting bad reviews for the service were clearly in search of the wrong thing. This is a pickup spot for a sandwich in NYC and that’s exactly what it delivers. Lots of options, fast, and tasty. I got the veggie sandwich and thought it was excellent. The 7 grain bread was delicious.

Waited 20 min for fries and soup , they skipped my order number for another customer and they forgot to put my bag of chips inside my paper bag . I checked too late and didn’t want to go back to complain but be aware !check your orders.

I'm giving a 5star because you have a full working staff and the stupid machines, I did use it in the past, but now I'm boycotting all machines. I use the machines to lean on when I'm tired of waiting for orders at stores. However, your machines are situated differently, so i couldn't lean on them if i wanted to, but I could play with the touch screen while I wait for my order, but I never had to wait long here. The food was good, and I like the fact that you hired a lot of people to work. So the wait time is not horrible, it's great! I haven't been here in a while, so I don't know if it's the same, but we will know soon enough! The place was clean, I got free hand sanitizer, and even though it was expired?I took 4, maybe 5, but i ended up throwing 2 out?was covid 19 times, couldn't play it too safe lol.... places need to take a page out of your book, hiring workers is important for businesses and the economy, it's a balance, can't always want to gain all, if people don't work, the regular Joes like myself won't have pesh to buy your food, and the machines won't buy it from you... It's a cycle! A scale!

I can say its a decent place,they have few tables to dine in. They have self counter and also a cashier which is nice.. you can see in the counter the ingredients of their food,you see how they prepare your food on the spot. Inordered chicken avocado wrap. Its taste good but more better if they can toast/ they have toasted the wrap and additional spice flavor for a small kick.
Cashier were busy talking and chitchatting Price are decent,menu selections were good. Will try to come back next week to try their bowls

Tried a vegetarian sandwich and it was pretty awful. The bread was crumbling and very was probably from the day before. The entire sandwich was also drenched with sauce. I tried contacting them through their website, but I never got a response.
