first time here, horrible experience

the cashier asked me what kind of bread i want which right when i responded, she cut me off to talk to another employee about something else

after waiting patiently i got my almost $20 “steak” chimichurri sandwhich that is basically grounded hamburger meat and did not taste like described

it’s so greasy that i asked for napkins and she was about to hand me multiple but then backed her arm away to split it to a singular napkin before giving it to me

waste of money bad experience

I had the tuna salad sandwich at Lenwich, and wow — the amount of fresh veggies was seriously impressive.
Crisp greens, super fresh ingredients, and the tuna salad didn’t feel heavy at all. It tasted clean and genuinely healthy, which is not always easy to find with sandwiches.
If you’re looking for a sandwich that actually makes you feel good after eating it, this place is a total win. Highly recommend for a light, healthy, but still satisfying meal

Excellent food and even better customer service. Placed a large (15+ items) group order (#08433218-3782318) via GrubHub/Seamless and restaurant associate Eliza was extremely helpful, gracious, and professional. The restaurant was able to prepare AND deliver the order in less than 30 minutes. All orders were accurate. I also enjoyed the Lenwich sandwich, which was prepared to perfection. Thank you, Eliza!

I have been wanting to try Lenwich chicken Caesar wrap for many years. I was exploring Manhattan by myself on Friday and stumbled upon a this Lenwich location on Park Ave. It was around 2PM and was surprisingly not busy. The wrap was delicious! The staff were friendly and I was able to sit in the corner facing the street to people watch while I enjoyed my lunch. I was able to use the restroom before I left, which was also a plus!

Junk. I just wasted almost $20 on what was supposed to be a steak sandwich with chimichurri. When I got home I found out it was ground beef, not steak, and omega portion at that. No flavour of herbs or anything else to suggest chimichurri. Disastrous, what a rip-off. I’m too busy too return the sandwich, but I’m just disgusted by this.

I was in Park Avenue and wanted to have something different and saw this sandwich place.. always wanted to try here, but never did. Was a bit busy when I went around 1 PM… ordering was easy as there were terminals for us to order.. once you order you get a number and you wait for them to call that out.. took them 10 to 15 minutes for finishing the order.. there were five or six people making sandwiches. I think they were doing a good job… quick and effective.. place was cramped though .. if u eat there it is a bad experience . No space and very noise ..

I’m not a big fan of cold sandwiches.. I should’ve asked them before, but the photos in the menu card suggested they were freshly made sandwich sandwiches.. but unfortunately, the vegetables were cold and it almost ruined the taste.. I thought oh no another cold sandwich craziness!! I wish they made this clear in the menu card.. ordered a vegetarian sandwich for about $15 .. a bit expensive for what I got .. spent about $18-$20 for the lunch… not sure if it’s worth that much.. average place.. 3 stars .. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean and bright in a nice area of Park Avenue. Grabbed a window seat to watch Park Avenue humanity. Counter service; wife had Italian and I had the steakwich. The only glitch was I had ordered the fish sandwich but counter person didn't know it was out of season? How is fish out of season in Manhattan?

They are ridiculously slow. Ordered a chicken caesar wrap at 2:15 PM, barely no one was there, and I needed to wait for 20 minutes. The wrap was good though, but 20 minutes? Come on...

I'm not sure why this place has a 3.9. They are always fast, they are very busy at lunch time and they seem to meet the customers needs. I've been going for years because it's by my job. Not sure how everyone else experience but this location is the best...
