The bagels we tried were good, but the muffin didn’t taste like freshly made, it was quite dried.

Good service.

Limited spots if you’re eating in.

Stopped by Leo’s and grabbed a BEC bagel and a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The BEC was fresh, hot, and hit the spot, while the strawberry cream cheese was fresh and flavorful. The bagels are hugeeee btw so just be mindful so you don’t over order.

Solid bagel spot if you’re looking for a quick, quality bite. Definitely will be back.

Service was quick. The shouting of the order numbers in the quiet restaurant is annoying after a while, you feel like you're in the train station.
In terms of taste, the bagel was the worst of the three I tried in New York. Bread wasn't fresh and the poppy seeds on it even tasted bitter. Despite the ingredients behind the counter looking really pretty and appetizing, the bagel tasted average at best. No recommendation!

This morning I ordered an everything bagel with canadian bacon (pork roll) and salt/pepper/ketchup. The total order was $10 = $6 bagel/egg/bacon + $3 salt/pepper/ketchup (which is expensive IMO). However, when I opened my bagel, there was no salt/pepper/ketchup.

There was a good amount of egg (2 eggs I believe) and bacon. The entire sandwich was bland though. Even the everything bagel wasn't very flavorful (dominant flavor was pepper and no onion/garlic). $10 for this sandwich sucks and this experience was unfortunate, but if they had included the salt/pepper/ketchup then it would've been better.

My wait time was short despite the Friday morning crowd, but that could be because they forgot part of my order...

I’m very sad to report that my previously favorite place to get bagels has gone way downhill. They expanded their space recently and ever since have been consistently jacking up prices to gouge their customers. They claim it’s because of “egg prices” but it’s not. It’s corporate greed and knowing they can get away with it. $9 for egg and cheese on a bagel? Forget about it. Avoid the long lines. Avoid the rude service. Avoid Leo’s.

A great experience for a tourist who hasn’t experienced NYC bagel culture before. So much choice. Went for a breakfast one. Was absolutely massive. Was about $15 odd which seemed like a lot at the time but on reflection is very reasonable for the size. Bacon was really good. Meat was a bit heavy though. Great spot overall.

The bread was so hard that it hurt my jaw a little. The taste is ok, but not worth coming here for.

Bagels are not that good and a bit mushy/moisty.. egg sandwiches are not made with fresh cracked eggs but instead they pour from a container of ready to fry egg liquid which does not taste fresh and also service is slow.. not my type of bagel joint

Great bagels but online ordering doesn’t work :/ I placed a $60 order for pickup the day before and their system didn’t process it, so it wasn’t ready at the pickup time. Order ended up being slightly incorrect too

We went for the first time and did an online pick up order.

the positive: the sesame seed bagel toasted with the sun-dried tomato and roasted garlic cream cheese was really good. While the bagel itself was just okay, that cream cheese was a standout. It was flavorful and creamy. A quick note—Leo's gives you the cream cheese off the bagel, so at least that's one less thing the staff has to do when fulfilling the order.

However, the rest of the order was where things went wrong. We ordered *The Maven* breakfast sandwich, which is described as a cheddar cheese omelette, avocado, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, and spicy mayo. We specifically asked for no tomatoes, extra spicy mayo on the side, and sautéed onions as an add-on. What we got was RAW onions (instead of sautéed), tomatoes still on the sandwich, and—most frustratingly—no extra spicy mayo at all. There wasn't ANY spicy mayo on the sandwich either (which was in the description of the sandwich on the menu), which made it a bit dry. To top it off, we requested utensils and napkins in our bag, and none were included.

We understand they were busy, but the lack of attention to detail and failure to follow the order especially with the up charge of add ons that weren’t even done as requested was disappointing, especially after we left a tip. At that point, we were already too far from the shop to go back and fix it, so we had to make do.
