Amazing cookies , but it may take you a few occasions to finish them!

I visited your store last week and placed an order that included five cookies and some other items. However, after returning home, we realized that two cookies were missing from the order.

I called the store immediately to report this and requested a refund for the missing items, as it’s quite far for us to come back. The person I spoke with took my name and credit card information and told me I would receive a call back within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, no one ever called.

I followed up again the next day, explained the situation once more, and was told the same thing — that I would receive a call within 30 minutes. Again, no one called back.

While it may only be two cookies (a little over $10), I don’t think it’s fair to pay for items we didn’t receive. More than the money, I’m disappointed by the lack of follow-through and accountability. I had expected better service and honesty.

Outstanding, get the Caramel Coconut Chocolate Chip if you can

Placed an online order for choc chip and oatmeal raisin while in city. Got home to upstate NY to gift to friend and found that it was choc walnut NOT oatmeal raisin. So glad I checked as friend has nut allergy! So dangerous. So irresponsible.

Every time when i go work i prefer buying cookies from Levain Bakery. They keep me full thru out the day and they are extremely delicious.

Shoutout to the Rittenhouse location. We are at Chop with our 4 year old son who just had surgery. I figured after the day we had let’s have some cookies. I placed an order from Levain on door dash. My wife after the long day she had put in the wrong address on the door dash order and the driver called screaming at me and wouldn’t come 1.3 miles to bring them even after explaining the circumstances. Door dash refunded my whole order without me even asking and I called Levain and they went above and beyond. They gave us cookies on the house and even threw in an extra chocolate chip and delivered them to CHOP. Not only are the cookies fabulous the hospitality is second to none. I am a lifelong customer to this location and want to thank everyone at the Rittenhouse location especially Mat who went above and beyond. Thanks again!

Amazing cookies! Tried last spring when we were in NYC. My family talks about them all the time so I just surprised them and had some shipped to us. 20 seconds in the microwave and it’s like they’re fresh from the oven.

Very nice shop, very pleasant staff, beautiful presentation. We ate very well. Like everywhere in NY we find the quality/price ratio a little excessive but that's the US.
