I love in Italy and I had my first trip to New York. I checked TikTok’s and they recommended this bakery a lot. I tried their two chip chocolate chip cookie and it was just disgusting: the taste is full of emulsifiers or whatever but it was pure chemical stuff. They are not organic nor pleasant to eat. My cheeks and my lips got swollen from the amount of sugar in them. This is so bad I can’t even understand how people can put it in their mouth. I also left 20%+ tips and i didn’t even get a “thank you”. I think everything that could go wrong went wrong. I absolutely don’t recommend this place nor this food.

The vegan gluten free cookie was so sweet, dense, crumbly and dry. Honestly not pleasant AT ALL. I do appreciate them having an option for us but I was so gutted. Sorry! 😭 Service was quick but dismissive which is okay I get it long day.
I’m guessing their non-vegan options are 100% better so maybe check out a vegan bakery if you need a sweet treat.

One of the best cookies 🍪 in the world! Chocolate Chip Walnut cookie is probably one the best cookies they have. They also have multiple locations in the NYC as well as in some other large cities in US. Total rating ⭐️ is 9.5 out of 10

The best cookie I’ve ever had in my life! It’s my favorite cookie style so in my trip to NYC I only bought cookies from Levain. The best one is the Chocolate Chip Walnut, but the Chocolate Chocolate Chip is really really good as well.

Wow, the white chocolate macadamia cookie is an absolute delight! It is big enough that I could easily share it with my son. There were no places to seat, so it is a take away bakery.

Honestly, the hype around this place is overrated.
The prices are high, and the experience isn’t as great as people make it sound.

Yes, the cookies look good and the display is nice.
But the hot chocolate was not good, and the cookies themselves are just okay something you can find at any decent bakery anywhere in the world.

Not bad, just nothing special and definitely not worth all the hype.

Got the original and double chocolate bit good and gooey and warm. Need to be eaten straight away otherwise they go tough. A little too sweet for me

The bakery is marvellous, I grabbed the oatmeal raisin cookie it was fantastic. It had a good amount of raisins and I got it warm.
