Manager was very rude she threw my cookies in the bin order said I was lucky to get my order cause I didn’t pick up from the day before totally uncalled for I will never go to that location again…

For days I wanted to try your cookies and we decided to place an order at the Harlem headquarters, the cookies were very delicious, but unfortunately the ones we ordered did not arrive, they sent us the ones they thought they wanted, I think that is not right. You have to be much more careful when it comes to shipping orders. I'm not satisfied, because I really wanted to try the different flavors they offer. Furthermore, although they came in a beautiful box, they have arrived destroyed and all mixed up with each other.

Had the walnut chocolate chip and oatmeal scone they didn't have the cookie which is what I went for, not a fan of chocolate chip cookies but this was different! Def stopping by when in the area! Great taste crunchy buttery and soft all at the same time

life changing deliciousness i give 4 stars only because of the price of their cookies...smh but i pay it every time.

I’m from DC, we now have 2 Levain shops in our area but I prefer the cookies from NYC. For whatever reason, they taste better here! Yes… tried and true for at least the past 10yrs! I stop here for chocolate chip walnut cookies every time I’m in NYC. My husband says I plan trips to NYC just to get Levain cookies. We were here in early December 2024 and then again 7-10January 2025. Both times, I got your delicious chocolate chip walnut cookies. Best cookie ever! Crispy edge with gooey moist center, full of chocolate chips and huge pieces of walnut. The perfect chocolate chip walnut cookies!

This was my favorite place for chocolate chip cookies. I would travel all the way to 74th Street for one, becuz that was the only location. I was thrilled the harlem store opened blocks away from me. I've gone several times in the last few months and I'm very disappointed 😞. The prices have increased and the cookies are smaller. My most recent visit was yesterday (harlem). The cookie was burnt on the bottom, hard, and very dry. At times, the sticky buns are dry and hard. I don't know what's happening, too many locations now? But, I expect more from a $5.50 cookie. I have to add, the staff is very pleasant, serving with smiles. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PRODUCTS!!!

Levin Bakery in Harlem is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with the warmest smiles and the incredible aroma of freshly baked treats. Store Manager Maryam was outstanding!
