If you're looking for a cookie spot in NYC, then you have (without a doubt) heard of this spot. They have a variety of baked good here, but are most known for their chocolate chip walnut cookie. I wanted to try their summer collaboration with Cafe Panna before the summer ended, so I headed here recently. The cookie was honestly pretty solid. If you are a fan of thicker cookies, then you would definitely love these. The outside is hard, but the center is so soft and the chocolate chips are still gooey. Definitely very rich and heavy. Would love to come back to try some of their other cookies.

Vegan cookie was outstanding, feel like I got the full Levain experience. Service was so quick that I looked down and the cookie was already in my hands. Definitely a must try in NYC!

Omg the dark chocolate chip cookie is one of the best cookies I’ve ever had, if you like them - this is the place for you. I also had the oatmeal and raisin cookie but this one was a bit too sugary and didn’t have enough spices for me - I’ve had better elsewhere. The iced latte here is also exceptionally good, definitely recommend. If I lived here, I would go again and again

The cookie was too sweet for my taste but I loved the amount of chocolate and nuts it had.

We always pick up Levain cookies whenever we are in town. This location consistently delivers great service. They take great care in packing cookies whether the cookies are in a tin or small bag. All the flavors I’ve tasted are amazing!

Super quick service!!! Absolutely yummy cookie !!! The best cookie I’ve had in my life. It was warm and chocolately and perfect: I recommend coming and getting 1 between 2 ! The chocolate chip is beautiful. Not much room to sit inside but seats available outside.

Don’t miss it! The cookies are the most amazing you will ever taste. So chunky and rich but not in an overly sweet way. Definitely go (we went also in Brooklyn, also a lovely shop).

Levain Bakery:
Decadent cookies paired with Ice Cream.
We ordered a rocky road cookie paired with Vanilla Ice Cream.
The wife is a big fan of Rocky Road so the cookie drew her into the store. I am not much of a desert person so I reserve judgement, but based on the wife she thought the cookie was a tad too rich, although she said the cookie was fresh and warm; she did not however like the ice cream much.
The staff was excellent and despite the line, it moved very quickly; they were nice too.
All in all, we thought it was ok, but nothing spectacular.
