Levain Bakery – NoHo, NYC

I absolutely LOVED it. Best chocolate chips cookies I’ve ever had. I suggest the double chips chocolate chip one.
Bonus points because the cookie was still warm when they handed it to me and the chocolate melted a bit. Ask for the warm ones because it really really improves the taste!

Queues are really long and no designated in and out section so quite chaotic when you are standing waiting but must move when done decide to come out on the other side of the line.

Very different from regular cookies, great flavour, though a little on the sweet side and a bit too big for me personally. Loved the white chocolate macadamia cookie!

The queue moves fairly quickly, but it can still be about 30mins. As a cookie lover, I debated would it be worth the wait and it exceeded expectations! Glad I got two.

What a big crowd at this strategic location. Famous for their goey cookies, best to enjoy fresh out from their oven. Whole load of sweetness and chocolate if you are a big fan. Still, you gotta try even if just one small bite. Big kudos to the friendly efficient staff and not forgetting the busy hardworking bakers working behind the counter. A NYC food attraction!

The place is often rushed. They don’t seem to know how to handle the rush. My vanilla latte had no vanilla syrup. When I asked for some, they told me it was added and that I needed to stir. When I stirred and still had none, they added too much almost seemed like it was out of spite.

An amazing experience for a first time customer! I felt so welcomed by David and his entire staff! Everyone was so knowledgeable on each product shown! I will be returning again !

I absolutely love visiting Lavain Bakery! Everything from the smell when you walk in to the friendly faces makes it such a comforting place. A huge shout-out to David, the store manager—he is always kind, patient, and truly dedicated to making sure every customer feels taken care of. You can tell he puts his heart into his work and it makes the whole experience feel personal and special. This bakery wouldn’t be the same without him. Definitely a place worth supporting.

Quick Speedy Friendly service. Had the Double Choc Chip and White Macadamia Cookie. They were ok, where they worth the hype? Not really, but still tasty. Not worth the price if being honest.

Despite the long line, everyone was welcoming, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The line moved quicker than expected, and the wait truly wasn’t long at all. Once you get your desserts, it’s easy to understand the demand—the quality is top tier. Outstanding customer service paired with incredible desserts makes Levain Bakery a must-visit!
