I'm often in the area, and this is a good spot for breakfast and lunch—I genuinely like the place. But the girl at the counter is incredibly rude and was saying things in Spanish that felt inappropriate. I won’t be coming back as long as she’s working the counter.

They just hired a new Spanish lady that is extremely rude and slow. I asked for a juice and she started grabbing everything with her bare hands, and when I asked if she could wear some gloves she insulted me in Spanish. 3 years coming to this store going to the trash. I'm not coming back until she's gone.

We went here to get breakfast every morning throughout the week. Sometimes there were very tasty bagles, sometimes wraps and sometimes super good sandwiches. The prices are super cheap for NYC and high quality. Only fresh products are used for the food. There was also free coffee with every breakfast. You couldn't ask for a better breakfast.
