The 100+ years old establishment makes all the delicious classics of the soda fountain era on historical equipment that is no longer made anymore. The food is good and the service is great, considering how busy the place is. My main complaint is that the soda fountain items are extremely overpriced and expensive. A woman next to me with a 3 year old girl ordered a coke float and a small ice cream cone for the child. Her bill was $20.60! My bill was $46 for a club sandwich, a cherry...
Went out of my way to check this place out. It was “okay” - I got a coke cola ice cream float. It was actually a little warm - the ice cream cooled it slightly. Taste was normal.

The service was also okay, the best thing about this place is the history. Would I go back, if I was passing, sure. But don’t go out of your way.
Came to this place for the old school coke with the syrup and everything, expecting no less and no more than a regular coke (taste wise), and left dissapointed, The Coke tasted like when you leave the bottle open or the cap loose for a while, basically with less gas than usual which for me was a bummer as I can clearly tell the difference between a good one and a not so good one.
Food was OK, nothing extraordinary. Service was good. Place is rather small.
