All the food was excellent. My favorite dishes were the gnocchi and chicken marsala. The place was really buzzing too, even on a week night. And good selection of easy, light to medium body dry white wines. It was a cool spot all around.

Delightful place for lunch( and probably dinner ) in central Harlem. Welcoming and friendly staff, excellent menu with a well priced variety of foods, including a terrific lunch special at $15.00. There is a lovely enclosed patio that probably becomes an outdoor dining area in warmer weather. Lido is the kind of restaurant that becomes a neighborhood favorite.

We have dined at Lido often over the past 8+ years living in Harlem. The menu has been varied and the food and service have been great. However, one thing stuck out this time (and also once before) at brunch. When we ordered the pancakes, the menu mentioned they come with pure Vermont maple syrup. This was simply not the case. Last time, we were told the restaurant ran out of maple syrup, hence we were served Aunt Jemima or an analogous pancake syrup. This time there was no explanation as to why we were not provided maple syrup. Restaurant management should look into this and either provide what is written or remove maple syrup from the menu.

Harlem’s Rarest Gem! From the ambience to the hospitality and the food we were floored. Everything was delicious!! The staff seemed to move seamlessly. This is a definite must go. Our host Ben was a true sweetheart. Add this place to your must do list!!
