I live in Brooklyn, NY & have been getting take-out (only at this location. Can dine-in at the W.117th St. location) food from here for years. I love their seafood, soul foods (collards, cabbage, Mac n' cheese, yams, potato salad), lobster fries, shrimp rasta pasta, and my favorite desserts (banana pudding & sweet potato pie). Friendly& busy staff as well as clean environment.

Good food the fried catfish is really good. But if you get take takeout you will be waiting for a very long time especially on the weekends. The condiment bottles are dirty and greasy and if you need tartar sauce which is really good; you will be waiting for a long time to get

Then the manager announced next time we have a customer complaint we need to come up with a signal.So heres my signal:Step your game up . When it come to customer service.Your prices are ridiculously high for your customer service and employee behavior in front of customers to be so low.Its a shame!!!8 years ago this spot. Was the BOMB!!!Now it's just, Sad!!!
Food was okay but definitely not worth the money, service was horrible, this guy came get the orders and disappeared the whole time . On top of that he charged $3 more because for something he never mentioned. Plus 29% gratuity included in your bill ??♂️. I spent $190+ not worth. Not me again.Only the host was nice and comprehensive…oh wait did I mentioned they take cash only .and there is an ATM ? inside ,withdraw from that atm and be charged extra $2 and you can’t get more than $200 ….
