I came to this restaurant based on my co workers suggestion but after having the food I urge everyone not to visit this restaurant
Truly a dissatisfying experience and disappointment on Thai cuisine . I ordered Thai basil curry with chicken and it was tooo sweet and not even spicy ( I requested extra spicy )
They initially gave me small amount of rice but with Thai food you need rice .
The server was very rude . Growing up I visited Thailand as if it were my second home
I know how a real Thai food taste like but this was a total disgrace to Thailand and I felt like I wasted my time and money here.

Very much enjoyed this meal. The dumplings were clearly hand made. I had the Ginger Garlic Shrimp 5/5

I have a severe egg allergy that requires the use of an EpiPen in the event of exposure. My party and I communicated this allergy multiple times to the staff prior to ordering. I specifically inquired three separate times whether the spring rolls contained egg and was told each time that they did not.
After the food was served and I began eating one of the spring rolls, a female staff member approached the table and stated, “The chef only used one egg.” This admission directly contradicted the prior assurances I was given by the servers. Even trace exposure could have caused a life-threatening anaphylactic reaction. This trip to Lilli and Loo landed me in the emergency room.
The response from staff was dismissive, and the comment “just one egg” demonstrated a serious lack of understanding of allergy severity and proper food handling protocols.
This restaurant advertises itself as accommodating to dietary restrictions, yet failed to perform the most fundamental step of verifying ingredients when a severe allergy was disclosed.

This is a very serious issue. I checked the menu before I came in and I asked the server three times what was gluten free and more importantly egg free as my daughter has a severe egg allergy. I went so far as to ask how the food was prepared and was assured multiple times that what she ordered was safe and would be prepared safely. Well, when I checked for the fourth time, that when they said the spring roll she had eaten indeed had an egg. They were very flippant about the matter as if I hadn’t asked and food can be deadly to people. The server even said it had “just one egg”as if that makes a difference. I am now sitting at an urgent care because of this matter. This was very careless and completely unnecessary. Beware. If you are unsure, just turn the person away. I will be considering further actions. For safety reasons alone, I would avoid this place at all costs.

I am still eating here as I write it but this place is so amazing that I have to write a review straight away. I am gluten free so by default my expectations are not too high (because gluten free food is usually not delicious) but here… here is like heaven on earth. Full gluten free menu, the food is fresh and so delicious! The service is so nice and kind despite clearly being very busy inside the restaurant and with pick up orders. Cannot recommend enough!

The menu here called to me during my first pass by. The menu features original culinary ideas. I recognized the personnel were observant. The restaurant is spotless with an enjoyable feel. I intend to visit this place for a meal.

I did not love this place. The problem with pan Asian restaurants is that none of the dishes taste authentic. The sushi was weak and had no flavor. The rice was barely covering the black seaweed. Even the ginger was weak. The pad Thai was too sweet. The chicken was dry. Not enough vegetables in it . The service is great though.

I went to Lilli and Loo’s in NY and got the worst food poisoning of my life. I’m talking had to run off the train before it took off back to Nj and use the toilet in Grand central. Then could barley walk and made it to a hotel in Times Square that I had to book at 12 am and stay the night so I can 💩 💩 I wasted $400 something dollars lol Not to mention the service was horrible.

10/10 gluten free experience - got to eat foods I never get to have as a coeliac and they were all delicious!
Nice little gem. Had the homemade veggie dumplings and the massaman curry.. everything was enough to split with two people and the massaman was the BEST massaman curry I've had.

This place serves Chinese, Thai, and Japanese. Everything looked delicious. We ordered Crispy General Tso's Chicken and was the bomb! It was so crispy but so tender at the same time. I couldn't stop eating. Masaman Curry was good but had a unique flavor. Not quite sure what it was but little different then what I'm used to.
