You actually shouldn't do waitlist. It's not active at the establishment. You need to be there and get on the list - not via Open Table. They were very kind about it though. The atmosphere was insanely unique, especially at Halloween! I also loved the Wednesday Addams drink.

This was the second worst food I've ever had at a restaurant. Don't eat here. Literal inedible reheated frozen fish sticks for $24 and a side salad for $22. I am a local- why did I go to an obvious tourist trap? The beautiful scenery lured me in. They spent all their money on the decorations and none on crafting a quality menu with fresh ingredients. I was so offended that they served something so revolting and inedible for the price we paid.

I loved this place. One thing that I feel strongly about is the customer service. These days, not many establishments care to train their employees on that. Lilies on 49th st, however, surpassed the expectations. It was very busy when I went there with my friends. The girl at the reception counter was pleasant and very helpful. Our waiter had a smile on the whole time he served us. The place is gorgeous and the food is good albeit a little pricey, but that comes with everything I mentioned above.

Lovely place, food amazing. Must have steak and mash potatoes, delicious! But not a Bridgeton experience as my son thought and wanted to surprise me.

Such a great find. Food and drinks were great, and the service was spot on. Would love to come back when I'm in the City.

The place is beautiful but service was very odd & slow. We had our appetizer ate before we got our 1st drinks. Food was pretty in appearances but lacked flavor.

An acquaintance recommended this restaurant. I only had room for dessert when I was near there so I tried their (non-alcoholic) Limoncello Mascarpone Cake ($15). Its flavor, as I write this at home, is very memorable. Eating small slices of it slowly was a very pleasing taste experience. Their decor, I was told, changes seasonally. The hostess said that the decor seen below first appeared in May, 2025.

We were here for afternoon tea and got all hyped up after seeing a reel on instagram. The afrernoon tea was disappointing...the options were not worth $60 and the tea was just hot water.

We were so excited to go here. It was on the top of my bucket list for New York because of how beautiful it is. After being seated, we were told the grill was broken, so had to choose other options—okay no problem. We waited an hour. We then noticed our server was sitting right behind us eating lamb chops with greens (which wasn’t available as the grill was apparently broken). Someone else came up to us to settle up since they have a 40 minute limit. We never got any food and when we told her about our server. She turned around to look at him and then turned to us to lie and say he wasn’t eating lamb chops, when you could clearly see it was seared meat with the bone. She told us she was going to get another server. We walked out after that. I never post reviews unless I’m blown away by a place, but for this I had to say something because I’ve never had worse service in my life, not even in a random diner in the middle of nowhere. I guess they say never meet your heroes cause this was the place I was most excited about.

Beautiful setting. Good for brunch and cocktails although probably not my first choice for tea time if this is what you are looking for.

This is a great photo op the afternoon tea was ok we didn't care for the salmon sandwich but the chicken salad was great. Scone was really good and I didn't love any of the deserts. We got golden Chai tea and had to ask for sugar and milk. Overall ok experience but great pics. Staff was friendly.

I never go out to drink- Brian was the most fantastic bartender, made the most excellent drinks, and kept us safe. 10/10 would recommend and I will certainly come back.
