They said they don't use OpenTable anymore and even though we were supposedly first on the waitlist, they had no record of us. I showed them the reservation for the waitlist and they just shrugged. We had to sit at the bar, which was not ideal since I was with my child. The bartender seemed annoyed that we were eating at the bar and her attitude showed it.
I booked my reservation through OpenTable and when I arrived, they said they didn't have my reservation available because they don't use OpenTable anymore. They were kind enough though to give us a table once I showed them my reservation confirmation. The waiter took forever to acknowledge us at our table, and we felt kind of ignored
Absolutely loved the atmosphere. The food was delicious but a little pricey for burgers and sandwiches. It was still worth the money to have a glass of wine in such a unique place.
What an amazing experience! The decor is mind blowing gorgeous, food is great, and service was outstanding! Definitely a must do when visiting NYC!
Beautiful Place with great drinks. I absolutely love the ambiance it's like time travel also the drinks were amazing.
Another wonderful visit to Lillie's. The Sunday Brunch menu was terrific. The cocktails were creative. Try the avocado toast and the eggs Benedict.
This victorian inspired restaurant was very pleasant to the eyes. It really looks like you’re stepping back in time. I hear they offer an afternoon tea. I would like to come back and try that someday but we were here for dinner and it was wonderful. We had the lobster ravioli, and the steak and frites. Everyone we came in contact with was attentive and pleasant. They also have a full bar so I imagine they have a great cocktail hour or so.
My daughter and I went to Lillie's before seeing Wicked. We had a wonderful meal and the ambiance was excellent. Service was very good. I highly recommend!

Great atmosphere and we will be back after the flowers are used to decorate the interior. Food and drinks were good, but it was crowded and very loud even early on a Tuesday night.

I have been trying for over a month to call and email the manager at this location to get a reservation for a month ahead of time for a large group and the manager has absolutely no desire to get back to me. When you call the restaurant there is no answer, you can't leave a message and when you email them, they don't get back to you!!! I'm trying to give them business, I guess they don't need it. VERY FRUSTRATING!!
We made a reservation at Lillie's for dinner before a show. I did notice that, unlike a lot of restaurants, the reservation actually includes an end time as well, for 1.5 hours. Which was more time than we intended to spend there anyway; however, it took us a full half hour after sitting down to receive our drinks - 15 minutes before anyone took our drink order, and another 15 minutes to receive a glass of wine and a beer, and yes, I was checking the time because it was taking so long. The restaurant was still very quiet when we arrived - we made a 4:30 reservation to ensure we'd be at the theater by 6:00 - so I would have expected faster service during the time that the restaurant was less busy (it became FAR busier as we ate dinner). We placed our order with an appetizer and entrees at the same time, trying to save time (for ourselves, not the reservation), and after that first half hour waiting period, food came pretty quickly. We closed out our bill just before the 1.5 hour mark, and my husband went to restroom; while I was waiting for him to come back, the hostess came and asked us if we could leave because people were waiting for our table and we had closed out our check. I understand that it was a busy restaurant by the time we left, but we would have easily been out before the 1.5 hour mark if it hadn't taken so long to get our first round of drinks and put in our food order. They were nice enough about it, but I've never been asked to leave a restaurant before, no matter how busy they are - not to mention, my husband reappeared as she was asking us, and we were really on our way out. All that said, the food was delicious and the atmosphere of the place is fun. This would easily have been a 5 star review if it hadn't taken us so long to get drinks, and we hadn't been asked to leave - especially when our timing was extended by such slow service at the front end.
I enjoyed their cocktails, great mocktail too, but the steak was just alright. The spinach dip is delicious.

I had an amazing lunch at Lilies. I was lucky enough to be seated at the bar where Brian was the bartender. What a great guy! He’s an excellent bartender and gave me some helpful tips to get around while in NYC. The food was good. The tomato soup was excellent. Again, I had an excellent experience especially with Brian’s outstanding service.
