What a lovely find, great drinks, waiter was super capable with the cocktails. Food was solid, better food than regular American diner. Solid work

Amazing vibes, love this place! The vibes are always amazing, but sometimes the rotating drink menu doesn't hit for me. Always worth a visit for a unique dining experience for a decent price!

The staff was friendly, the service and the old decor were very good, the drinks and the burgers were also delicious, we enjoyed our time very much, I recommend it.

Have been there for cocktails several times
First time eating. After being seated was told had to eat in an hour and a half. Never had been told that before! It was a Sunday early dinner after a show. However never felt like we were being rushed. Apps and food were served in normal time allowance.
Decorations were fabulous. Always there in the summer months, got to see it decked out for Halloween!

Today I walk in with my BF and the staff wasn’t so attentive to the table, we don’t wait for sitting because was lunch but still the experience wasn’t the best, the server took the other and disappear from us, the bathroom smells wasn’t great and for the experience was too expensive, the food was ok

Lillie’s was such a fun experience. The Halloween decorations were absolutely spectacular so much detail everywhere! I tried the popcorn drink and it was delicious. I wish I could’ve stayed longer, but it was really packed. Still, I loved the vibe and definitely plan to come back!

I made a reservation about a month before my mom and I had planned to come for her birthday. My mom uses a wheelchair and I had called twice and was assured we would be accommodated with the only low top table in the establishment. We arrived to our reservation to see a group of 6 seated at the table I had reserved as a reasonable ADA accommodation. When I went to check in with the hostess she was very confused as to why the table had not been reserved since there was a note on our reservation that we needed that table and she was very apologetic for the situation. She offered to seat us after that group left which they estimated would be almost 2 hours. Then the hostess brought her manager over and I overheard the manager say well that’s not not our problem to the hostess and the manager was extremely dismissive to us. She then offered to seat us at a hightop table and her solution to putting my mom’s $12,000 wheelchair somewhere, was to put it outside on the sidewalk in the temporary vestibule unattended and where we couldn’t see it, considering the bronze statue out front is bolted to front of the building we were not doing that and left. Needless to say we did not eat there and will not be returning.

Lillies Victorian is absolutely beautiful.. The décor is
So pretty. The food is delicious. The drinks are amazing, and the manager was telling me that during the different seasons, they make the drinks more festive to match the season..Lillies has two locations
Each one is nicer and more festive than the next, and even when they're not festive, they're beautiful and the staff is so nice. Very professional and very welcoming
Times square has so much memorabilia. It's just gorgeous. The drinks are fun and delicious. And so is the food.. I would have posted more pictures of the food but I was just there for lunch.
But the tomato caprese sandwich was delicious, and every other time we've been there before we love it.Even more. The bartender Gavin was super nice and so are the managers
I love all of their establishments,.Lillies 17th. Lillies 49th, Oscar Wilde and Pappilon all owned by 2 guys named Tommy and Frank. I'm thinking if you have an italian guy and an irish guy.You can't go wrong..They're so festive,.But even between seasons, the decor is beautiful. The food is absolutely delicious and the drink's amazing. If you haven't been to any one of these restaurants, make it a point to go.... tell them Erin ffom A1 said theyre#1

As someone who grew up in the UK and has a British mum, I was excited about this place. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either. The atmosphere was awesome, and the service was great too. Drinks were also tasty. I'd go back again to try something different. Worth a try if you’re considered visiting.

I called ahead and specifically asked when the Halloween decorations would come down, and was told they were being taking down already. Good, because dining next to human skeletons and demons isn't for everyone. We just wanted to experience the restaurant. But after traveling several hundred miles and making a reservation on that information. We discover that the entire place is STILL FILLED to the brim with the most hideous, offensive, Halloween kitsch that could ever be thought of. Now the offense is not that the restaurant chose to decorate this way, that's their choice, And I understand that some customers like that. BUT THEY LIED TO US. Why? what would be the purpose to do that. And can I cancel the reservation? No because they don't answer the phone. If they are willing to LIE about this what else are they willing to LIE about. The ingredients? Even if you are the sort of person who appreciates gaudy holiday decorations I'm certain you don't like to be LIED to. Maybe someday we'll get to review the actual restaurant but this but not today and not this year.

Great decorations service was good, drinks and food used to be better, Halloween seasonal cocktails are not well balanced but very creative. I’d try a mocktail but $16 was a steep price for non-alcoholic drink would be open to trying it for 12. Our sliders were not warm. Overall still a lovely place. Definitely go to enjoy good time fun decorations and we like the music as well.
