This victorian inspired restaurant was very pleasant to the eyes. It really looks like you’re stepping back in time. I hear they offer an afternoon tea. I would like to come back and try that someday but we were here for dinner and it was wonderful. We had the lobster ravioli, and the steak and frites. Everyone we came in contact with was attentive and pleasant. They also have a full bar so I imagine they have a great cocktail hour or so.
Great atmosphere and we will be back after the flowers are used to decorate the interior. Food and drinks were good, but it was crowded and very loud even early on a Tuesday night.
We made a reservation at Lillie's for dinner before a show. I did notice that, unlike a lot of restaurants, the reservation actually includes an end time as well, for 1.5 hours. Which was more time than we intended to spend there anyway; however, it took us a full half hour after sitting down to receive our drinks - 15 minutes before anyone took our drink order, and another 15 minutes to receive a glass of wine and a beer, and yes, I was checking the time because it was taking...
