They are not open until 2 am. They turned us away at 11pm. We went back in the morning for crepes. They are good but not anything special. Lots of Nutella and a little bit of fruit. The crepe could have been cooked a little longer.

I ordered a shake and a panini online today and the place was closed when I arrived. After several hours, I did not receive my refund. And I set the tip 5% higher than the minimum, so I strongly advise against ordering online. I see in the comments that I'm not the only one who saw the place closed after ordering:(

I Ordered the Lotus Biscoff Waffle from DoorDash they made a crepe instead. I called the store a lady picks up, I told her they didnt make my waffle. She asked her co worker why didnt you make the waffle. She said he made a mistake and she hung the phone up on me. I called back several times they ignored the phone. Horrible customer service. I really was craving a waffle and first time customer. After this I wont be back. Management needs more friendly professional people working here. Lost a potential regular customer over this!

I left my sunglasses that I paid over 300$ at the counter when I paid for my chocolate with banana shake. Which by the way was soooo good. I didn’t realize until I got to queens where I live that I didn’t have my sunglasses. I called each store I went to after I purchased the sunglasses. When I called Lilly Shake Crete at the 10th ave location to get the phone # of the store on West 35th Street. He gave me the # and following that. The employee at the West 35th street called the employee that was there when I was and confirmed they did have my bag. Which they 1000% didn’t have to. Not only were they honest about my bag. The employee drove to queens which took about an hour and a half to bring me my sunglasses. Im beyond great full for the owner and employees that work at Lilly Shake Crete. 100⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
