I ordered for pick up on their site that was supposed to be ready by 12:35pm. When I walked in, there were no orders placed on the ‘pick up’ shelf and barely any customers in line to order. I went up to the staff and told him my name, but it was obvious that the order wasn’t ready. Bunch of people started to trickle in, and there were 3 people working and 1 in the kitchen. They forgot about my order and continued to prepare the orders for the customers who were in line....
