Beware of Mr. Man Bun behind the bar. I came in with the lads and we ordered drinks behind the bar as we waited for a table, which was at least an hour wait. They don't have time limits on the tables and people can drink as long as they want. The lads all ordered drinks separately and we had three concurrent running tabs. I "closed" mine (I paid with Apple Pay and didn't tip) as I was under the assumption we would get a table and order more drinks there. The others kept their tab running and thus didn't tip either. We weren't notified that the table we were waiting for was never coming because "someone" in our party didn't tip. I explained that I was going to as we were planning on ordering more drinks, and besides, there were two other open tabs. Apparently, it's "bar policy" to tip Man Bun at least 20%. No further explanation. Drinks were okay, but service was absolutely atrocious.

Bar looks amazing, although quite small (as expected). Went out for my birthday with 4 friends. Guy at the door super friendly, the problem was at the bar. As we go in, we asked for a table and are told that the next available spot will be for us, great! Turns out, you cannot get a table if you do not get drinks beforehand (according to the rude bartender). So we went and grabbed drinks, tipped $25 on a $75 tab and were then told we still could not get seats because the tip was not “significant enough”. Disgusting experience, out of the 6-7 bars we bar-hopped that night in the neighborhood, easily the worst, you are better off choosing a different option at random.

Bartender and server were fabulously knowledgeable and helpful. I went for "Bartender's Choice", which was an excellent decision. The server knew exactly the kind of drink I was looking for, and the bartender delivered a wonderfully delicious cocktail variation. The only modest drawback, though for some this may be an asset, was how dark it was inside the bar.

Dietary restrictions: The server instantly understood any allergies and preferences, and he made great suggestions.

Very uncomfortable payment experience - went with a group of coworkers I didn’t know well and ordered a round of drinks alongside somebody I had met prior in the night. The acquaintance must have left at some point, and when I went to close my tab the bartender checked me out for 4 drinks rather than the 2 I had ordered. When I asked what the amount consisted of he explained that the person next to me didn’t close out, so I was closing out for the both of us. I was so uncomfortable as I never told the bartender that I was checking out for anyone besides myself, and I was made to pay the full check. So weird and unprofessional.

Went here tonight and the server/bartender was incredibly rude. Ruined the whole vibe and made us want to leave immediately. Could see it being a cool place if the staff wasn’t so awful.

We stumbled across this bar walking back to our hotel. We heard some music and saw a curtain downstairs, then decided to head down. The drinks were delicious and we loved the romantic, quaint, private vibe. Would recommend!

I have been here multiple times and amazing vibe. But this time EVAN…the waiter there was extremely rude and way out of his line with his way of behaving with us. Never have been treated like this…like banging his hand so hard on our table just to let us know that they are closing which was an hour ago. Like relax buddy !! Even it was straight rude when we went to just register our name for the waiting list. We were like hurdeled from the desk like cattles from other waiters saying JUST MOVE AWAY …screaming and pushing us !! Well this was my last time going there and taking anyone there. Its sad because of the service I would not be able to set my foot again ! Thanks EVAN !!!!

Second time visiting this bar and enjoyed it! Would recommend for cool, dark, relaxed speakeasy vibes.

I’ve been to Little Branch several times. Even introduced some friends to it. But this time it was bad… like really bad.

Went there on Monday 10/28 around 11pm ish

First, we walked in, I asked server if we can sit where band usually play. He said yes. As soon as we tried to sit there, some people from a band showed up and yelled at us. We didn’t just walked in there on our own. We asked permission. I told it to a waiter, he looked at me and walked away …

Anyhow, sat at a table. My Aperol was extremely sweet. Never had sweet aperol spritz in my life. Asked if I could get a splash of soda as it’s way too sweet. Instead of changing my drink and make it right, or at least fixing a current one, he brought me a full glass of club soda with ice. Then tried to pour from to my cocktail. Spilled club soda on the table. And said “oh well I tried”

Then I asked if they have any red wine. He said yes but we only Pinot Nour. I asked if I can taste first, he said yes. Disappeared for 10 min even though the place was almost empty. Gave me a taste. I said okay. After he poured he said “oh it’s actually Chanti”. Mind you, in my check it’ll be “pinot noir” and I don’t know if there is a price difference.

When we paid, server showed up without presenting an itemized receipt and just announced total. I was already so fed up, I just paid. Got a notification with a receipt on my phone. What do you think? He charged me for a club soda! I didn’t need your club soda! I need my drink to be made right!

I work in the industry… so please believe me when I say, that is disgraceful and disgusting attitude will get you nowhere

Let me tell you this, if you consider yourself a dive bar, then lower your prices. If you are a speakeasy, then elevate your service.
