When I walked into the store, I don’t know the lady, but I know she was an Indian lady. She was not very greeting. She was having a Conversation when I walked into the store then another guy came from the outside and she began talking to him and told me to wait until she was done then I told her if she was gonna help me and she decided to get very argumentative and then when she gave me my food, she pushed it towards me and my food almost fell on the floor. You guys should have a conversation with her. I think it’s very unprofessional for her to even be working here.

Unfortunately I have to share this experience because I still don’t have an answer that makes sense to me . I traveled from the west side of Manhattan all the way to this location because I was awarded a 15$ gift card . This location refused to allow me to redeem food and the manger couldn’t give me a proper explanation as to why they didn’t want to take my gift card . I explained that the gift card can’t be redeemed online but the manager insisted that I was wrong. I left hungry , and unhappy with being told they will not accept my gift card .
I would like to speak with the general manager of this location if possible . Please reach out to me for any further questions or information on how I can redeem this gift card and enjoy little Caesar’s pizza !
Order an crazy stuff pepperoni pizza that has cheese inside the crust had my boyfriend pick it up he felt like the pizza was already I’ll say 3 hours after picking it up (pick up was 9:14-9:19 ) no changes was made to let me know the order was even done but after 3 hours after pick up my boyfriend was throwing up constantly through out the whole night constant diarrhea then it was me today throwing up constantly and constant diarrhea……… never again mind you the cheese in the crust tasted very old and like spicy bitter taste I only ate 2 crusts from the 2 different pizzas and my boyfriend ate most of it with the cheese crust

Commercial says "hot & ready", lol it's never ready! Plus I went back a couple times;(my fault) on not checking it was so burnt smh. Gave an extra star just because they were nice about it.

That place is absolutely ridiculous! Although their online information states they close at 10:30 PM on Wednesdays, that wasn’t the case at all because they set their own schedule. I arrived at 10:01 PM, and by the time I parked my car, it was 10:10 PM. As I opened the door to walk in, a lady at the counter quickly told me they were closed.
I checked my watch and informed her that the website said the store closed at 10:30 PM on Wednesday. I asked why they were closing so early. She replied that they didn’t have a lot of items available. I then explained that I just needed some wings and six boxes of cheese puffs (three cheese and three bacon), and I would even take them frozen since I needed them for tomorrow anyway.
She walked to the back and spoke to a guy who came out and told me, “We don’t have any,” and that the cheese puffs were made fresh by hand daily. Then he just walked away. Great customer service guys!

Nothing disturbs my peace more than ordering food that isn't fresh. Apparently, they have a deep dish 4 slice pepperoni lunch special that comes with a drink for $7. But here's the catch.... it's not made fresh to order and has been sitting in the warmer for hours. The sauce is dried up and cheese overcooked and hard.
