I tried their pick me up sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. Little bit expensive, but definitely tasty. You do pick up your food across diagonally from them. Definitely worth trying out.

$17 for a salmon sandwich with very little salmon, soggy bread. Went back to get a couple napkins, first response from kitchen was “you have to buy something”.Not sure how the ratings are so high. The food hall is cool tho.

The food and coffee were enjoyable, but my overall dining experience was quite disappointing. I visited on the Friday morning before Christmas Eve, and as I dined alone, the host seated me at the communal counter near the entrance. Brianni, the initial waitress who took my order, provided excellent recommendations for dishes. However, my experience took a downturn when she was transferred to the take-out order section before my meal arrived. The newly assigned waiter who took over did not check in on my experience, only approaching me to present the check 46 minutes after I entered the restaurant. When I requested a few more minutes before settling the bill, he insisted he had already granted me a one-minute courtesy and pointed out that I had spent 45 minutes in the restaurant. He stated that if I didn't place additional orders, I needed to pay and leave. I spent approximately $30 per person on my breakfast, while the two pairs sitting next to me at the same countertop only ordered coffees. Furthermore, the pair to my right, who arrived earlier than me, only ordered a coffee during their stay. It's perplexing that despite spending significantly less (under $10), they were allowed to stay longer than me. The only plausible explanation seems to be that I am Asian, while most of the other patrons were White, even though the waiter himself was not. Disappointed with the discriminatory treatment, I chose not to tip the waiter who failed to attend to my dining needs. Instead, I tipped Brianni, the original waitress, who deserved it for her excellent service. Before leaving, I inquired about the typical turnover time for a table in the restaurant, and she mentioned it is usually about 1.5 hours. This was the worst dining experience I've ever had, and it seems the behavior of the newly assigned waiter was discriminatory.

Servers very pleasant, great service and with a smile. We were seated without a reservation within 10 minutes. We waited around 15 minutes for our food which tasted great. We ordered pancakes and the vanilla yoghurt Creme brule with granola. Both were tasty, very well presented and enjoyed throughly.

Gluten free options and great reviews brought us to this place. Staff friendly and the quality of the food was excellent.

One of the most reliable coffee shops in Manhattan, but especially in this part of town which is a bit of a "good coffee" desert. Worth the wait but they get inundated at the start of the business day so prepare to wait ~10 minutes or so during rush.

It's quite busy. Wait is somewhere around a half hour. Get on a waitlist to sit at the front counter on the right. Counters are part of the waitlist as well. Order at the counter in the middle if it's to go. We decided to take the food to go and eat back at the hotel instead of waiting for a table. We ordered the Smash, The Muse, vanilla bean panna cotta and Green eggs and Damn and an oat milk latte. $77.30. Food was out after 25 minutes or so, same with the coffee. The coffee had to be remade, was made with whole milk and not the oat milk as ordered. The green eggs and Damn was okay. It’s a green mean omelet, more of a novelty order. The panna cotta was quite good. Granola and berries were really good with it. The muse was just okay. I think this might be better warmed for me. It tasted cold and mushy and lack luster. The smash was okay, the bread was crunchy and yummy. I think it could use more oomph as the handful of red pepper flakes doesn’t add much to it. It just seemed too plain.

Wonderful bustling cafe. I popped in for breakfast with my 17 year old daughter, we were just walking by.. service was quick and efficient and food was delicious. Avo on toast for me and a chorizo burrito for my daughter. Highly recommend

We went here twice for morning coffee/tea during our trip from Scotland. Really nice place and great service. Loved sitting at the window with our drinks watching the people of New York go about their day. Fabulous!

At first, I wasn't sure where I was. This is a food hall, and Little Collins is the first stall on the right when you enter. I had the Banana Bread and the Shisito egg and couldn't be happier!
