They kicked us out after 1,75 hours (with a bill of 400$) - we had full drinks because they didn’t tell us that they have another reservation! Of course they liked that we ordered new drinks, fast money! Not costumer like! Couldn’t even finish our drinks at on bar!

Ariana, sorry I meant Arianna. (She made sure to let us know there was 2 ns in her name when we asked for her name) was super unhelpful and not to mention when we sat down our menus were thrown at us. All we wanted was to let her know the good we received was not edible, nobody even touched their plates after our first bite, at first they offered to allow us to order something else, however 3 out of 4 of us denied as we just were ready to get out of there, when the bill was brought over we obviously expected the replacement meal to be comped or even a discount would have sufficed because nobody ate anything, it was NOT EDIBLE. The steak was wet, rubbery, so hard to chew, and our fries were cold. Our drinks didn’t come until our food did, and we only saw the server maybe twice? Once we explained to our server Carlos about the situation he was extremely helpful and discounted our steaks, however once Arianna got word of this she took the check back, and added all of the food back on. Then while addressing this issue with Arianna she was extremely snappy, rude and honestly very judgmental. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had, I truly think I could have cooked it better myself. I understand mistakes happen and we even explained that, however the unwillingness to make things right was unacceptable, as a former server the customer is always right, ESPECIALLY as the “boss”. I do not recommend!!

Where do I begin? Emailed Clarissa for a reservation since we were a table for 7 and couldn’t book directly on open table or Resy. Clarissa emailed back stating that my party could not arrive at 7:15 and needed to arrive at 7pm. I said ok, we will take the table. This was done days in advance for a Friday night reservation. I have previously booked a table for 12 here in June 2025 with the same protocol. I arrived at the restaurant with birthday balloons and cake that needed to be refrigerated with 7 people at 7pm sharp to be told by the manager Ariana that she had no indication of my reservation and nor would she be accommodating us in any way. I showed her my email interaction with Clarissa and she then called Clarissa. Clarissa claimed she had never exchanged email with me and had no idea what I was talking about after giving her my full name. She still was claiming to not have emailed me as I have proof attached. Ariana then backed Clarissa and told me there was nothing she can do and we needed to leave the restaurant immediately and was peering into my phone to confirm my emails with an accusatory tone like I never contracted Clarissa. I explained that my party was here for a birthday celebration, took an hour and a half uber to to the restaurant, and were told initially how important it was to arrive at 7pm. We were removed from the bar area when we tried to go to the bar and order drinks by Ariana the “boss”. After not taking no for an answer and without any other restaurant able to accommodate 7 people on a Friday night, Ariana nastily handed us menus at 8pm after our party waited outside with balloons and cake that melted for our 7pm reservation. There was never an apology, never a mention to make it right, and not a single indication of hospitality, which I find to be both disgusting and disturbing for a restaurant staff member to behave this way and also not admit to fault. Needless to say, our party had a $900 bill total and again there was not a single gesture of hospitality or apologies on what went on prior to us being seated.

This is my second time here the first time dining with a $2,000 bill which by the way wasn’t put thru my credit card until over a month after dining at the restaurant with an email excuse of being behind on their books. Once again, as a restaurant group that is your fault and you should be accountable for not doing your jobs the way they should be done.

This establishment has great food but Clarissa and Ariana alone are the sole reason I will not be returning back. As stated in the restaurant to Ariana, going forward as someone who is the “boss” of the restaurant you should lead with kindness and making situations right when you are at fault as a group. Everyone makes mistakes (Clarissa) but it’s how they are handled that matters. Both Ariana and Clarissa accusing me of not emailing this establishment and denying me entry into the restaurant causing a 50 minute ordeal and altercation for a birthday event is honestly horrifying and a poor display of management and customer service.

I will not be back and I hope in the future people do not come here and deal with Ariana. Glared at us rudely our entire meal and was adamant about not seating us from the jump. Very poor display of customer service and ruined a willingly paying return customers night because you couldn’t display kindness, humanity, nor take accountability for your error.

Disheartening to say the least. People make mistakes and that’s fine, but how Ariana and Clarissa handed this is not fine. You don’t lie to your customers, you don’t kick people out of your establishments, and you don’t treat people with blatant disrespect.

The French onion burger and fries were so good. I ate the entire thing. No shame. Idk what superb service folks are waxing poetic about. Pierre’s punch is yummy. Would come back if ever in the area again.

Walked by and stopped in without knowing anything about the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the food. I ordered the little gem salad and tuna tartare, both from the appetizer section, as I wasn’t incredibly hungry. The salad was light but flavorful and a good portion size. The tuna tartare was well seasoned but maintained a fresh tuna taste. The chips on the side made for the perfect bite.

At around 8pm it started to get quite dark inside due to minimal lighting but made for a more romantic atmosphere if you’re looking to bring a date here.

I wanted French for a special occasion, and Little Prince looked adorable from the outside. We arrived early in the evening with a reservation and there was no wait / the hostess and our server were very nice and helpful.

As a community hang I can see this place being nice to have, but it’s also a bit run-down and… sparse maybe? The booth was saggy and ripped apart by wear. When our apps came out - marinated artichoke and burrata - they were unappetizing in terms of presentation and taste. It was so bad, we ended up canceling our entrees to go in search of another kitchen.

The staff were very understanding! Perhaps if they can update their kitchen to something more appealing and better prepared this place can really sing.

Went for brunch on Sunday at 1:30 PM. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for catching up with friends. While the service was a bit on the slower side, it was still a really enjoyable experience overall. I’ll definitely be back!
