This place was awful. By far the worst Hilton I’ve ever been at. DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked a presidential suite, arrived to find they gave up my room to “inventory” and had downgraded us to another room. When asking for a suite, the manager reluctantly offered us an upgrade to the Conrad suite at a discount. We accepted it. When we came back a few hours later to check in, we found out that we had been downgraded again to another room. I asked to speak to the manager. The different manager called me a liar and said that I would have never been offered the Conrad room. I offered to bring my kids down to speak with the manager who called me a liar, as they heard the original conversation, but she continued to protest. I eventually gave up and was told the original manager would call me first thing in the morning to discuss the mix up. Of course, she never called me and I was unable to get any manager to speak with me. Besides the issues with management. The executive lounge is the worse I’ve ever been in. All three of the coffee machines were broken. The “food” was cheese and one nasty puff pastry. Also, they’re redoing the elevators, which they do note, but several times when trying to get an elevator we received a message some the system that “no elevator” was available. The only choice was to walk up 43 flights of stairs. Finally, the technology in the room we had was old and never worked. The TV constantly froze and could only be fixed by turning it on and off.
Drink pricing is CRAZY since everyone is just utilizing the allotted $35/day hotel credit. Do NOT come here if you aren't staying at the hotel.
We have just checked out and I cannot fault this hotel at all. Staff very pleasant and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Very spacious room and close to everything.
NYC Health + Hospitals Me and my family went there #NewYorkHILTONMidtown Hilton Midtown New York never again…! We were sick, with red eyes in the room. Difficulty breathing. I received inadequate compensation. They changed my room the last night. So I had 5 nights in this. Coughing up blood and green mucus. If you want pictures I have a lots!!!

Staff were very nice and helpful but the drinks and food were both bad. Poor quality for a lobby bar

I came here on a Wednesday evening. The service was good and food came out fast (no longer than 7 minutes). Just walk in and take a seat then a server will come with the menu

During my stay at the New York Hilton Midtown, I dined at the Lobby Lounge on two separate evenings using dining vouchers, and both experiences were fantastic!
On my first night, I used a $35 voucher and a $36 dining credit, ordering the roasted pumpkin pizza (topped with prosciutto, mozzarella, onions, sage, and ricotta), the Ginger Fizz (a refreshing non-alcoholic drink), and a Caesar salad with grilled salmon. Everything was absolutely delicious, and my server, Pedro, was wonderful—attentive, friendly, and made sure I had a great experience.
On my second night, I had the double cheeseburger medium rare, which came out perfectly with bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and fries, along with the Coconut Fizz, another great non-alcoholic drink. This time, I used a $15 certificate plus a $36 credit, which covered the meal completely. Pedro was my server again, and he provided the same excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The seating was very comfortable, and the ambience was relaxed and inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day in the city. While hotel dining can sometimes be hit or miss, the Lobby Lounge impressed me with its delicious food, great service, and pleasant atmosphere.
There is a mandatory gratuity of 15% added to the bill. Would I still have eaten here without the certificates? Yes, I would have, but I would have not gotten the drinks. I don’t think the mocktails were worth $12 each because they consisted of mostly ice. The double cheeseburger at $28 was very expensive. I had some snacks at the Executive Lounge before I had dinner the second night so I did leave full.

After a month of trying to get a refund for the embarrassingly AWFUL, RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL people at the Hilton midtown I was denied and I was forced to write this review… after wasting countless hours on the phone the customer service was proven to be just as bad as the nyc Hilton staff. The hotel manager LIED about offering a free bottle of champagne as compensation and when corporate called ask about it THEY HUNG UP ON THEM! Do NOT stay at this Hilton, and hope you don’t have any issues with any other Hilton either because the customer service will make you jump thru hoops until you give up!

Most people filling the bar were using the $35/day credit from the hotel. Bartender service was excellent. Drinks were good. No photos of the bar menu pricing; so you're welcome!

The worst service in new york. Totally wrong food order arrived. Then they said you don't want it we dont serve you. Take what we give you or go. They stopped service and only served my friends, whose wine glass was dirty filled with orange pieces from previous serve. This didn't go down well and they werent happy. Listen hust io the service and this place will be good. But i suppose in nyc they dont have to dight for business so if i was reading this add…..just go somewhere else to avoid disappointment.

Awful experience with Hilton parking. My new car got scratched and the company refuses liability. I regret using their service. Avoid this parking!
