We just enjoyed Sunday lunch at Local, the food was very good! My only issue is that on the menu there is a salad called “OCD” salad and I found it to be insensitive and distasteful. I asked the manager why it is called that, and she said “because it’s chopped so small as if the chef has OCD”. I wish they would rename the salad without being disrespectful to those suffering from this illness. I personally know several people with a debilitating form of OCD and it’s...
We were lured in by the hostess with promise of “the cheapest happy hour $9 drinks” but they ended up being $12 each and never once did they tell us when happy hour ended. The bill ended up looking like regular priced drinks and we just felt like it was really dishonest.
Rented the venue for a private event and couldn’t recommend Local 92 enough! David and the rest of his staff did an amazing job and were so helpful. Of course the drinks were also great! A new favorite in NYC
