They take about 1 hour to make a Uber eats order? It doesn’t make any sense, while they have their delivery guys working and I’m still waiting?

My experience(s) are confined to ordering online so I can’t speak for going in-person. Ive ordered twice (the second time was to try to give the first time the benefit of the doubt) and both were very underwhelming. Way too expensive for what I received. Everything was utterly flavorless, even after requesting items were made spicy or had “more salt” added. Like, the broccoli and Brussel sprouts were the same quality as a microwave bag. I’m pretty sure the hummus was frozen sabra, and the salmon was 100% frozen and reheated. If I’m gonna buy a $22 salmon sandwich (NOT INCLUDING A SIDE) then Id at least hope it wasn’t overcooked reheated food. I ordered most of the side apps for the family to share and each was as flavorless as the next. Super disappointing because the menu sounded great.

I will start by saying that the food is pretty good. It took nearly two hours to get to us though. This was our first time trying this place and fortunately we liked the food, but due to the service and delivery time I'm not sure if we will order here again. Be wary that your food may take a long time to arrive.

I have been ordering from Locanut for several years and the food is fantastic. I love their business model and I wish there were more restaurants that provided this level of quality - organic, paleo, select healthy fats, etc. My only wish would be for them to make their proteins in bulk like they do with their sides, and not just in a meal, because that would really make my home meal prep so much easier, but it’s not a big enough issue to remove a star. I’ve also only ever had one big delivery issue, which was resolved through Seamless, but again, the positives far outweigh those little things. The veggie quinoa is great, as is the sautéed spinach and kale and various roasted vegetables. Oh and their cauliflower mash with coconut milk is divine!

This is my favorite take out place. I order several times a week. Love their Turkey burger and the sweet potato fries! I get it at least three times a week. You can tell that their food is fresh abs high quality. Never had an issue. Consistently good, which is rare in NYC.

My order never got here and it seems to have disappeared in transit - I called twice and they lied both times saying it would be at my place within 15 minutes. Several hours later, now they are closed. Maybe the food is so good the delivery guy ate it?
This place does not deserve the negative random weird reviews some people have left on google. I’m glad the volume and accuracy of the reviews are much better on Seamless. The food is amazing. I order delivery from here on Seamless often and have tried many dishes. They’re always so good, fresh and well seasoned. I have a lot of dietary restrictions (gf,df) and there are so many options. Don’t take my word for it try it yourself or go look on other platforms at the hundreds of great reviews. I leave this review quite selfishly because I want them to stick around :)
