We went for drinks and a light dinner before a show at Radio City. Unfortunately, there was a long lag between our first course and the mains—we eventually had to ask for the burger and artichoke pasta to come out. The burger was good, but the pasta arrived undercooked (even for al dente) and with no trace of artichokes or their flavor. It felt rushed out of the kitchen. Went for lunch. Husband ordered a hamburger but server returned to say they did not get delivery of burgers. No issue & my husband ordered something else. We both ordered apps and then they brought over our entrees; meanwhile our table had not been cleared. They had to bring back our food while the dishes were cleared.
