Loring Place is a miss. Whole wheat pizzas are a prominent portion of the menu and the toppings are so unusual that you expect to be wowed and instead we were disappointed and didn't even finish them. We left hungry.

Our host was Michelin-star-level good: attentive, humorous, and informative about the entire service and menu. The food was spectacular, well-considered and balanced. And the wine we had was phenomenal. All around, from cuisine to vibes, this place is a winner. A new favorite in NYC. I highly recommend it.

I regret to say that our dining experience at Loring Place was really disappointing.Despite arriving with high hopes for a memorable celebration of our friend's 30th birthday, the reality was far from satisfactory. The service was abysmal, characterized by painfully slow wait times that left us all starving and frustrated.What should have been a delightful evening turned into an agonizing ordeal, with the entire dinner dragging on for almost four excruciating hours.While the food itself managed to salvage some semblance of enjoyment, it was overshadowed by the incompetence and indifference of the staff.

It’s hard for me to separate the food from the awful service. I could not believe how inattentive the staff was, we waited 15 minutes to have anyone bring us menus and water. And the night continued exactly like it started. The broccoli was delicious as was the short rib. But I’ll never be back. Service left a poor taste in my mouth.
Thank you to Chef Dan, Eliza and Kendra for accommodating our family and fitting us in for dinner. As always, the food was phenomenal and everyone who joined us was very impressed from start to finish. Loring Place will continue to be a favorite of ours for many reasons. Now it is becoming a favorite of the many friends and family that we continue to recommend it to

Love this cooler than cool place for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was excellent with well designed interior. Every dish was a flavor sensation. The service was a bit strange at times where our server was a bit awkwardly out of sync with the table. In all, a definite go back to kind of place.

Pictured below are the Baked Eggs. Basically, shakshuka. Visited recently for brunch. The ambience and nice and service is good. Menu options were sufficient for good variety. We sat in the bar area which is noticeable more casual than the dining area but still good seating. I’d recommend and return here for another meal.
