I randomly cane here for breakfast. I was greeted when I walked in and was showed to where I could dine in. The atmosphere is a bit dated but the food was delicious and I appreciated the prompt service and accommodation. And when I say dated, I don’t say that in a bad way. You can just tell they haven’t made any updates to the furniture and appearance. I would still come back here because my visit was very pleasant. I would also recommend the waffle. It was fluffy, warm and tasty. The turkey bacon was a bit salty but I enjoyed my side of eggs as well. Definitely a spot you should come to if you want a quick meal and you’re in the neighborhood.

What a waste of money.. the Blt had one piece of bacon and was cold the also must have not packaged the food correctly because the marinara sauce was everywhere .. I order two bacon eggs and cheese as well but they were also horrible.. never again save your money

The owner helped set up space to sit in the back, was cordial and friendly to us and attentive in service, and the food was great. ( had the breakfast platter).
Coffee taste great hot and cold as well.

In reality, the breakfast was not good, a long wait, the sandwiches were very average and very expensive, and the orange juice, in addition to being expensive, is a processed juice and they sell it as natural! Too expensive !!! I do not recommend it at all, it is the most expensive breakfast in its category that I have paid for vs quality!

Typically I order from this place during the week and I have rated this place 5 stars. However, whoever cooked on Sunday 3/24/2024 at 9:00am should have put more care & effort into cooking food because I am disappointed with the taste, quality and presentation. I won’t rate it too low because during the week, and Saturday, the food is good. I ordered sliders, this time, there wasn’t much sauce and the sliders didn’t have plantains at the bottom to make a slider. It was also really dried and the plantains were hard, not ripe and not properly cooked.

Absolutely everything over priced and the owner is incredibly rude and disrespectful. The sandwiches are never gonna get you what your money is worth because they’re stingy with their portions and predatory with the prices. A water bottle being a dollar fifty right in front of a high school where there are kids just trying to get a bite to eat where there aren’t a lot of affordable places is ridiculous. I’m an alumni from the highschool in front of this place and throughout my four years there I’ve experienced the owners disrespectful manner and heard stories of him looking and treating the female students of MCSM in completely inappropriate ways. Don’t know how the place has such ratings. Probably relies on the cops that come in in the mornings for business. Attached is one of an experience a student had at this cafe. Hope it closes down.
The owner is a racist who discriminates against Asians and Hispanics. He once verbally harassed paying customers and tried to kick them out. And the food was decent at best. Give your money to an establishment run by a decent man, this is not it.

Great food and great service! We went at a crazy time on a crazy day (right before noon on Valentine's Day) but they were still attentive to us and gave us great food with yummy mochaccinos. One of our favorite places to eat now!
