As someone from Sichuan where grilled fish was anecdotally invented, grilled fish shouldn’t be battered fried first! The way Lubian cooked it makes it very very greasy!The deep fried pork intestine is good tho but very small portion.
When you walk into the restaurant you only see Asian, you know it’s gonna be authentic. I get that most of the Americans freaks out when they see the whole fish with head on and bones in.The food is very authentic, great flavor, there are different types of fish you can choose from. This place is fantastic! Been here a few times already. You get to pick out large fish with all the sides you want with it for a large sharable dish.It's basically a hotpot. Bring lots of friends to help you eat it!
