Wonderful coffee! I don't leave a lot of reviews but when I find a great coffee shop in the city I have to. This place is tiny. I believe maybe three or four people could fit inside, but totally worth the visit. Stop by try their scones, if they aren't fresh baked, they fooled me because they are the best I've ever had! Delicious coffee, good prices definitely recommend!

What an awesome little cafe! Clearly a family run tiny breakfast spot. VERY efficient VERY fast and great quality. I had an egg and cheese croissant, two different coffee drinks and a Greek yogurt. All very good. Staff very friendly. In and out very quickly. It's mostly to go but there are two tiny tables inside as well. Highly recommend.

Tiny cute coffee spot with two small tables. Americano for the bigger size is $7. So a bit pricey compared to Starbucks but tastes better and they use good coffee. $5 card minimum.

Title: A Flavorful Latte Amidst Unpleasant Encounter at Lucid CafeDuring a recent visit to Lucid Cafe, I had the opportunity to savor their exquisite latte while enjoying the ambiance of their outdoor seating area. While the latte was a delightful treat, my experience was marked by an unfortunate incident involving a fellow patron. The star of the show was undoubtedly the latte I ordered at Lucid Cafe. Crafted with evident precision and care, this pricier option was a testament to the baristas' dedication to their craft. The smooth, velvety texture of the espresso combined with the perfectly steamed milk resulted in a rich and nuanced flavor profile. This latte alone would be reason enough for a return visit. However, my peaceful moment of coffee indulgence was unexpectedly disrupted when a confrontation arose. As I sat outside enjoying my latte and occasionally vaping, a fellow patron who appeared to be quite agitated approached me. The individual's behavior quickly escalated into a heated exchange as he vocally expressed his displeasure regarding the vapor. The situation took an uncomfortable turn when his comments seemed to take a concerning tone. I'm normally unalarmed at people but this man seems as though he had the obligation of screaming at a complete stranger. In response, I took out my phone to record the incident, and it was at this point that the individual seemed to reconsider his approach. His demeanor shifted, and he eventually walked away. I was taken aback by the encounter and found myself disappointed that such an incident could occur in a public space.Despite this unsettling incident, the latte experience at Lucid Cafe remained a standout memory. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in the preparation of their beverages is certainly commendable and sets them apart in the coffee scene. In conclusion, my visit to Lucid Cafe was a mix of enjoyment and discomfort. The latte was a true testament to the dedication of the coffee house's baristas, and I would be inclined to return solely for the quality of their offerings. However, the encounter with the irate individual left a lasting impression that cannot be ignored. It is my hope that Lucid Cafe fosters an environment where patrons can enjoy their coffee in peace, free from unwarranted confrontations. Please be aware that this review reflects my personal experience on that particular day and may not accurately represent the usual atmosphere at Lucid Cafe.

Fire vegan chocolate muffin but just note they have a $5 minimum spend for credit cards.

Cute space. Nice people working there. Very small, but it's nyc, so makes sense. Good scone. Come early; not much stock or choices after 2pm (my fault realizing now they close that 3pm). I thought I saw a "for sale" sign. I hope not!

The kind of small business you'd want to support. Place is tiny, so maybe get your order and keep it moving.

Dropped by for an early morning espresso to start off the day. Super cozy cafe with a warm ambiance and homey vibes. The espresso was well extracted and tasty, exactly as I hoped when I walked in.The only thing to watch out for it for is the $5 card minimum.
