Bartender rude. Whoever was working 5/25/25 at 6 pm was so so so rude. Never been treated like that in my life.
Rude and aggressive bartender
I love Lucy’s over the years but hot dog tonight was rough. Not only was the bartender visibly drunk when I told her the order she kept pouring the wrong drinks. After the third time she exclaimed “why does it even matter?” Prettty rough. First time in three years I refused to tip.
Fav place to get juices and açaí bowls !
Bartender was 🔥😮💨
Lovely dive bar atmosphere. Working jukebox with great song selection. Went during the re-opening week and they had great well drink prices, I don’t know if that’s permanent but it definitely made me stay much longer than I anticipated. Bartender was very accommodating and the bouncer Wilson was super kind. Can’t wait to return.
I wanted to like this dive bar, but it's service is poor and the vibe is off. If you enjoy playing pool, they do have plenty of tables!
Used to go here all the time, but it’s 25 and up now, so be aware before wasting your time to visit.
One of the great classic Lower East Side bars.

An obligatory place on a party map of every Pole, a cult pub run by Polke for years, Mrs. Ludwika. The place is distinguished by a great atmosphere and an incredibly joyful and friendly service.

This weekend my friend and I went around the LES playing pool at different bars. It was great. Until we got to Lucy’s. At Lucy’s, you pay $5 for 30 minutes of pool and the bartender adds your name to a list. It’s a great way to make sure no one monopolizes the pool tables. Well, unfortunately for my friend and I, an aggressive group refused to hand over the pool table when the bartender went over to let them know their time was up. The group at the pool table then started threatening us and yelled some really awful, sickening, ableist stuff about my friend (who has a disability). The bartender gave into the bullies. My friend is shaken up and hasn’t been subjected to ableist harassment like that in years. Guess what, Lucy’s? The way to be an ally is not to roll over for ableist bullies who threaten your peaceful patrons.
