Food is good here, you get very little for the price you pay. We spent $70 (£54) for two rolls, two packets of crisps and two cokes which to me is a lot of money for a light lunch. Service is ok and it's a standard in NYC, I wouldn't expect mind-blowing service anywhere. It's a nice place to sit in.

I took the lobster sandwich, very fresh and tasty. If you are in the area it is worth trying, but only once because it is really expensive!

I had some questions about the different sauces for the lobster rolls but the man behind the register was rude and impatient (the place was nearly empty too) That being said,the lobster was absolutely scrumptious.

On 9/11/2024 i went to the lukes lobster on the upper west side & 81st street around 12/1 pm & purchased a crab roll . normally im in and out but it did take her a while to make my order. i decided to take it to work so that i may eat it there because i had no time. My bread was so soggy i took one bite and had no choice but to discarded my meal & it was the last $20 i had. my crab roll was disappointing & my favorite item of the meal * the bun * was ruined with the crab water. my entire bun pretty much soaked up everything and it was displeasing to the touch. especially since i have sensory issues. Lukes is my favorite so i dont want this to be the reason i dont eat it no more but please do better

So 9/13/24.. i experienced the same incident But A nice & accommodating lady ensured my food was correctly fixed & made to my liking. i really appreciated how she actively listened to my issue,resolved the issue & gave me fresh food without ANY pushback . i really do appreciate your help today , i really wish i got her name. she was amazing !

The lobster roll is delicious & and it's small, so I get two, which is pretty pricey. I just wish they served fries instead of offering a bag of potato chips.

Terrible experience! The guy that took my order, rushed me and was rude. And it seems like he made the order. He left and came back in 3min. Food wasn’t great. Premade food not the best. Food was too cold almost frozen. Don’t recommend this place at all

Small, Tasteless, without even a potato chip. But at least it's expensive.
