Food is good here, you get very little for the price you pay. We spent $70 (£54) for two rolls, two packets of crisps and two cokes which to me is a lot of money for a light lunch. Service is ok and it's a standard in NYC, I wouldn't expect mind-blowing service anywhere. It's a nice place to sit in.

I had some questions about the different sauces for the lobster rolls but the man behind the register was rude and impatient (the place was nearly empty too) That being said,the lobster was absolutely scrumptious.

On 9/11/2024 i went to the lukes lobster on the upper west side & 81st street around 12/1 pm & purchased a crab roll . normally im in and out but it did take her a while to make my order. i decided to take it to work so that i may eat it there because i had no time. My bread was so soggy i took one bite and had no choice but to discarded my meal & it was the last $20 i had. my crab roll was disappointing & my favorite item of the meal * the bun * was ruined with...
