Pizza from under the counter is from the the before.
instead of getting a fresh slice on top of the counter. Slice of pizza which they grab from under the counter is from the day before, why not take the one on top of counter. And this happened in person. They're food is horrible. The slices have no taste what so ever

Ordered at this location instead of the one near me by accident. I called and asked if they could cancel the order, they said no because they already started making it. I asked if they could deliver it instead, but they said it was too far to switch to delivery. OK. I’ll drive there. It’s only 10 minutes. I get here to pick up and they say sorry, the pizzas sold. So now I’m sitting here waiting them to bake the pies I ordered 45 minutes ago. Why couldn’t we just cancel the order to begin with and save both parties time?
This is the worst service I’ve received in a long time. I’m from Long Island and I guess there’s too much competition in NYC to care about who’s giving you business. I buy large amounts of food for employees in Manhattan everyday. I will NEVER be coming to Loretta’s for that again.

The establishment maintains a high standard of cleanliness and order. The pizza, particularly the thin-crust variety, is of exceptional quality. Furthermore, the staff consistently demonstrates a level of respect that distinguishes this pizzeria from its competitors.

Excellent pizza pretty cheap price also. Three dollars for a plain slice.

Many bad reviews are about delivery, not the food or service at the restaurant. I hope people read the reviews. First, this place offers whole wheat pizza. I hope this word comes up in keyword searches. Likewise, I have a friend on a special diet, and she was able to eat here. For those who want a traditional cheese filled regular slice, that is also available. Everyone liked the food. Staff was attentive and no mix ups with our order. As for ambience, this is more a fast food pizza place, but there are tables inside. I expect to return.

This guy is a scam artist. I gave him a $20 and he gave me back change for a 10.

This is a neighborhood pizzeria, which is fine, standard fare, Neopolitan-style, pizza, but the real treasure here is the PASTA! They do a great spaghetti & meatballs and other pasta favorites as well or better than many Italian restaurants.

This is my neighborhood gem: Lunetta Pizza. Favorites are the Margherita and the Inside Out pizzas. The Inside Out Pizza is totally different, with mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan underneath the tomato sauce. Yet, even with all that cheese, each square slice is balanced. Service is warm and friendly: employees know me well enough to cut my slices into small pieces and throw in extras such as breadsticks on occasions I can afford whole pies. It's that good; the only thing that's a downside for me is wanting seconds which puts me over budget. The place itself is clean, even down to the single-occupancy unisex restroom; they take cash and card.
