The attitude of this restaurant is “NYC too cool.” The bartenders don’t pay any attention and act like you are annoying them. The bathroom attendants need to be fired and removed - both genders had creepy experiences . The food was good but the waiter upsold us consistently (you need two more entrees) when we undoubtedly did not need them. Made a reservation a month in advance - they tried sitting us in the table next to the kitchen and when we asked to move - they basically put us at the bar. Way too expensive to go back for me. Just not worth it. I’m cancelling my upcoming reservations that I had planned to bring friends.

I can say the food is really good here I came yesterday around 9pm. All the front line workers was amazing from the security to the servers. But I can say I know a chef Ramsey boss type when I see one. Getting my masters degrees in hospitality really showed me that you need to love this field in order to be in it and thrive but I find it so hard to believe people will pursue a field that their characteristics don't match. Now im not tooting my own horn but I know how to talk to people with respect and not make them feel less than. There was one specific manager that caught my eye I picked up the manger card to make sure and his name is hard to pronounce but i believed its spelled starvous. He was extremely rude to his employees bossing them around and just talking to them so obnoxiously was baffling because he does it in a way where if you don't pay attention you wouldn't notice. as if there his peasants. He was extremely nice to guest but if you are going to disrespect your staff and mishandle them like there not a valuable asset to making a restaurant run smoothly then you should not be a manager of any type and I just wanted to shine a light on that one specific manager because that can be the downfall of a very beautiful establishment that Meduza is.

Went to Meduza on Sunday for my dad’s birthday. The food was delicious, definitely recommend the hummus dip. The greek salad was alright, was definitely missing something more. I got the “See you in Santorini” & “Lychee Rose” cocktails, both were good but the Lychee one is an acquired taste. The brussels sprouts and potatoes are to die for and the dessert platter was outstanding. If you are a party of 7 or more, they have a $200 minimum spending limit per person. There was a violinist there that night, who played so beautifully & she was the embodiment of elegance. It was a nice night out for a once in a while celebration.

I’m currently sitting here guys, food is worse than your local Turkish spot. Do not come here. I repeat, DO NOT COME HERE. Not to mention I had reservation for 9, we’re here since 7, they sat us down at 9:50. Bad service, bad food, atmosphere is nice tho.

Fancy date night worthy location with good selection of cocktails. The ambiance sets for a memorable experience.
Appetizers are small portions, but definitely try the garlic hummus and pickled vegetables! You'll definitely need more servings of the pita bread.

Main course dishes are pricey for the portion but they hold the flavor to its worth, somewhat.
Expect to spend $100 per person which includes a drink, small plate shareable appetizers and your main course.

It was my first time there and I was NOT disappointed! First and foremost.. the ladies at the door were so welcoming. The host Ashley was sooo accommodating being that I wanted to move tables. She checked in on me and my guests comfortability throughout the night which made the experience even better. The food was amazing. My waiter was so entertaining I smiled all night. Thank you ! Definitely will be back

What a fun experience to eat at Meduza! We thoroughly enjoyed all of our dishes and the cocktails. Service felt slightly rushed at the beginning when a few dishes came out rather close together but this improved as the meal went on. Everything was so tasty we wanted to savour every bite! The restaurant is beautiful and we enjoyed the “hot spot” vibe. The music was bumping but we felt like we could still carry on a conversation easily.

Great food, lovely modern interior design, service could be a bit better and music was very loud, made it hard for us to talk. Overall cute spot!

We celebrated mom’s birthday , and it was an absolutely lovely experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff and our waiter Jamie went above and beyond to make our evening special. The food was delicious, with each dish perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We all left with full bellies and smiles on our faces.

While I had a good time the service left much to be desired. I have dined at Toca and had a much better service experience. Our food took two hours to get to our table!! Our waiter compensated by giving us shots on the house which didn't come until then bill came. For a two-hour wait, we should have gotten more than that. However, we didn't complain because we also weren't rushed which we appreciated but we were so hungry. I hope they can improve on this.
